For all bags and accessories, Away offers a different standard of coverage: a limited one-year warranty.
Both warranties, however, do not cover cosmetic damage, which is defined as normal changes in appearance from use, like wear and tear or chipping of metal.
The warranties also exclude goods sold "as-is" or from unauthorized resellers. When you start a claim, Away's team will review it and either send a repair kit for minor issues, or offer a repair or replacement for more severe damage.
What Is the Away Return & Exchange Policy?
Away is confident you will love their travel products, which is why they offer a generous return policy. You can enjoy free returns and exchanges on items that are unused for the first 100 days after purchase.
To qualify, Away asks that you simply gently test your products at home before traveling with them - for instance, rolling your suitcase on carpet to test the wheels and keeping the lock set to 0-0-0 until you decide to keep it.
To start a return or exchange for an online purchase, you will need your order number to begin the process online and download a prepaid shipping label.
Alternatively, you can make a return or exchange in person at any of their retail stores.
