Don't waste your money on a Bally backpack. Three years ago I spent a lot of money on one and the zipper on one of the front pockets broke. Now the bag is basically unusable. When I contacted their customer service, they were completely unhelpful and only offered me a small discount on another purchase. Why would I buy from them again when the quality is so bad for the price? Bally clearly doesn't stand behind their products when something goes wrong, and they've lost me as a long-time customer. I expect a real answer today with either tracking information or a refund started. If you keep dodging me and making empty promises, I'll take this to consumer protection agencies and make it very public.

I thought I was done with this nightmare, but after they received my return ten business days ago according to tracking information, I've heard absolutely nothing and been completely ignored. So now I'm doing a chargeback too. I've been shopping online for over a decade and deal with e-commerce daily as part of my job, but I've genuinely never experienced anything this bad before.

Total scammers! You can't return anything they sell. They won't even provide you with a return label. Just avoid this place entirely.

The refresh service claim is totally misleading. My boots were supposed to go to Switzerland for service but got sent locally instead and ended up damaged. The replacement pair they sent doesn't fit right and they won't do anything about it. They even tried to get me to pay for another refresh service. The real problem is their refresh service shrinks the shoes and caused my toes to blister trying to wear them. This whole thing is a scam and I'd steer clear.

They charged my bank account 21 dollars but never actually applied it to anything in my account. When I finally got through to a representative after an incredibly long wait, they were really rude about the whole thing. Then they just shut down my entire account. If you're even considering doing business with these people, good luck to you.

The sneakers I got are fantastic, that's pretty much guaranteed with Bally. My wife got them for me as a gift and they're exactly what I would've picked for myself. Super comfy and they look great. Really happy with this purchase overall.
