Why would I buy from them again when the quality is so bad for the price? Bally clearly doesn't stand behind their products when something goes wrong, and they've lost me as a long-time customer. It's really unprofessional.
These shoes are of terrible quality for what you're paying. This is definitely not a luxury brand. I purchased a pair and the heel started peeling off the very first time I wore them. When I asked if they could fix it, they refused and called it normal wear and tear.

Total scammers! You can't return anything they sell. They won't even provide you with a return label. Just avoid this place entirely.
The refresh service claim is totally misleading. My boots were supposed to go to Switzerland for service but got sent locally instead and ended up damaged. The replacement pair they sent doesn't fit right and they won't do anything about it. They even tried to get me to pay for another refresh service. The real problem is their refresh service shrinks the shoes and caused my toes to blister trying to wear them. This whole thing is a scam and I'd steer clear.
They charged my bank account 21 dollars but never actually applied it to anything in my account. When I finally got through to a representative after an incredibly long wait, they were really rude about the whole thing. Then they just shut down my entire account. If you're even considering doing business with these people, good luck to you.
