I paid extra for expedited shipping that was supposed to arrive in two to five days. Ordered six items and they printed out a label but the package never actually went to the carrier. This feels like a scam to me. My money is gone and they're telling me I need to file some kind of claim for a shipment they never even processed. This is a total con.

Their return policy doesn't actually apply to items that come in defective.

What a hassle this turned out to be. I got sent something completely different from what I ordered and they never shipped the correct item at all. I did what they asked, sent back the wrong thing, and ordered the right one, but my refund disappeared into a black hole. Months went by, and it wasn't until February when I followed up that I got a message saying I'd see the money in ten business days. It's ridiculous that I had to hunt them down for a refund on their own mistake after dealing with the whole return process. Really poor experience all around.

Absolutely stay away from this place! I ordered pajamas and received the wrong size. Getting a return label took three separate calls because the line kept dropping and the reps had no idea what they were doing. Once I finally got them back, I placed another order and guess what - wrong pajamas again. To make matters worse, they only gave me back the cost of the items, not the shipping I paid for even though it was completely their mistake. I'm done with them and I'm telling everyone I know not to shop here either.

My orders kept getting cancelled because of international billing address issues. Once I figured out how to handle it and reached out to customer service, everything changed. Aminata went above and beyond to walk me through every step and made the whole process painless. She deserves all the credit for saving my order.

I have no idea what's going on or if something sketchy is happening on their end, since I'm using my regular credit card. I've been wearing the Slim Traveler jeans from Banana Factory for over a decade, but they totally ruined them by redesigning the fit. The new cut sits way higher on the waist and looks bad on me. Even the sales team admitted they've had tons of complaints about this same issue. Why would they change something that worked perfectly? If they wanted to try something new, they should've just added it as a different option and kept the original style available. Now I'm stuck looking for replacement jeans because I'm seriously upset about this decision.

Don't waste your time ordering from here. I tried placing an order and having it shipped to me in the US, but they cancelled it four times! Every single time they claimed it was suspected fraud. This is completely ridiculous.

I've bought a lot of stuff from BananaRepublicFactory and the selection and style are really nice, especially during sales. The problem is when you look at what you're actually paying for the quality you get, it just doesn't add up. Their linen pieces fall apart after wearing and washing them once or twice. The cotton work shirts are acceptable if you care for them properly, and the blue denim is decent enough. But I bought a cream pair of jeans that started pilling the moment I touched them, before I'd even washed them once. Honestly, I could buy three or four pairs of comparable or better quality jeans secondhand for what one pair costs here. I love the way Banana Republic fits me and their designs, but I can't justify buying clothes that wear out so fast.

Skip anything on their sale rack. They conveniently forget to mention that sale items can't be returned. It's a sneaky policy they don't advertise.
