They have a tight return window and we got ours back in time, but then they rejected it claiming it wasn't in original condition because of a couple strands of hair from trying it on once. This feels like a straight-up scam. Their later explanations keep changing the story with talk of debris and dust, but that's not what they originally said to me. It's clear they'll say whatever it takes to keep the refund.
