Their customer service is absolutely the worst. If I could give them negative stars I would. The company outsources their support team and these people have no idea what they're doing. They asked if I had a different email and I said no. Then they told me they'd mail me a label in five business days. I asked about my return deadline since I was running out of time in my thirty day window and now five days would be used just waiting for it. One agent said they'd extend my window by ten days, but five of those would be gone waiting for the label. How does a company not have a website that works, not accept gmail, and solve problems this badly? This is ridiculous customer service for an Anthropologie brand. I can't recommend them to anyone.

Worst shopping experience ever. I ordered my wedding dress a month ago but received the wrong size. When I asked about returning it, they said I had to pay for international return shipping even though it was their error. I was frustrated but called anyway. They told me I could request reimbursement for return postage which I agreed to do. They sent the correct size after I shipped the wrong one back. But they used slow first-class mail from the post office which takes up to twenty five days to deliver. Did they forget I already paid forty five dollars for shipping when I placed the order? Now a whole month has passed and my dress is still stuck in customs somewhere in Japan. I need it in three weeks for my wedding. I'm really unhappy with their handling of this situation. LaserShip has tons of one star reviews and they constantly mishandle and lose packages without any real accountability. I'm way past the delivery date and still don't have my order. Since this is for my best friend's wedding I can't just give up, but I'm stuck dealing with unhelpful customer support who just keeps saying to wait and see if it shows up. A quality product doesn't mean much if you can't actually receive it through their shipping process. Their whole delivery system is disappointing.

They hit me with a seventy five dollar restocking fee. After multiple conversations with a rude and uncaring support team, all they said was that I returned it dirty and it must have been in terrible condition or their processing team wouldn't have flagged it. I only had it on for five minutes in my bedroom and checked it thoroughly for any dirt or dust before putting it back. Their supposedly free returns might actually cost you, so watch out.
