This was such a frustrating experience. I've been shopping at Billabong for years and never had problems before, but this refund situation was ridiculous. I'm still waiting over a month to get my money back, and nobody from customer service has reached out to me at all. I've sent multiple messages with zero responses. At this point, I'm seriously thinking about taking my business somewhere else. Really let down by how they've handled this.

Do not get expedited shipping from these guys. Their advertising about delivery times is totally false. I paid extra for next day delivery and ordered on February first because I was traveling on the ninth. Nothing in the listing mentioned processing time. Their support team promised it would definitely get here by February fifth at the latest. Now they're saying February eleventh. Huge disappointment.

I ordered six items total but only got four of them delivered. That's pretty unacceptable.

I've bought from Billabong a lot over the years. Just got an online order and the items inside weren't what I ordered. I get that people make mistakes when they're busy. But when I called to fix it, they told me I have to send back the wrong stuff and wait for them to process it before they'll ship the right items. Or I could reorder everything myself if I needed it faster. Either way, Billabong keeps my money while I wait around. And anyone who's returned to them knows that takes about a month. This is their mess up, not mine, and it's unacceptable that they won't ship the correct stuff until they get the wrong items back. I'm definitely going to think hard before ordering from them again.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I ordered two pairs of men's board shorts a week ago and during checkout it offered me a free duffel bag as a promotional gift since I was spending over $150. I clicked yes to add it. Applied a ten percent discount code at payment and everything seemed to go through. But when I checked my email for the receipt, the bag wasn't listed. Got in touch with their support team and the agent basically accused me of lying about adding it to my order, then said as a courtesy they'd send it out. Really? I was entitled to that bag from the start. The bag showed up yesterday but still no shorts. They blame it on weather delays and say thanks for understanding. I've been a customer since I was young and I'm fed up. This is shameful and pathetic. Done shopping with them.

Kind of a mixed bag with this company. I ordered two men's shirts and a coat for my wife on February fifth. The shirts came on the twelfth, which was pretty fast. But when I emailed about the coat on the eighteenth, they said they're swamped right now, even though my shirts got here in a week. Now it's March fifth, over a month later, and zero updates or shipping notification on the coat. So much for the express air shipping I paid extra for. At this point I'm thinking about just canceling the whole thing. It feels like they've forgotten about it, despite them saying everything's fine.

Placed an order from the EU and after over two weeks, still nothing. The tracking info they sent doesn't work at all. Their support for EU customers is basically nonexistent. When I tried to reach them, they basically said they only handle orders from the US and Canada, and their chatbot could only tell me it was shipped. I'm going to try disputing the charge since I paid upfront. This wasn't what I was expecting from Billabong at all. They really need to improve.

Kicking myself for not reading the reviews before buying. Got two items from their EU site and got confirmation for both saying they'd ship separately. One arrived fine with tracking that actually worked. But the second one? Got a shipping confirmation, but the tracking link just pulls up an error page. The order status just says shipped with no real tracking. It's been two weeks and nothing. I contacted support six days ago and still haven't heard from a real person. Sent another request today. Really bad. Never got an order number. The clothes showed up in plastic bags all wrinkled and smashed, and nothing was the right size. Trying to return even one of the three items was nearly impossible. Skip their website entirely.

Went in expecting the worst based on all these bad reviews, but honestly my experience was really positive. My stuff was ready to go within a day and landed at my door in three days flat. I'm dropping one star only because the product was supposed to be cream colored but it looked more stone to me. I'm happy with what I got though and I'd probably order from them again.

I'd been a loyal customer for years with tons of orders. Then I finally needed to return something and everything fell apart. They shut down the return feature, won't answer emails, won't pick up the phone. If I can't return items, I'm not going to keep buying from them. Just stay away unless you're 100 percent certain you'll keep everything you order.
