Do not get expedited shipping from these guys. Their advertising about delivery times is totally false. I paid extra for next day delivery and ordered on February first because I was traveling on the ninth. Nothing in the listing mentioned processing time. Their support team promised it would definitely get here by February fifth at the latest. Now they're saying February eleventh. Huge disappointment.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. I ordered two pairs of men's board shorts a week ago and during checkout it offered me a free duffel bag as a promotional gift since I was spending over $150. I clicked yes to add it. Applied a ten percent discount code at payment and everything seemed to go through. But when I checked my email for the receipt, the bag wasn't listed. Got in touch with their support team and the agent basically accused me of lying about adding it to my order, then said as a courtesy they'd send it out. Really? I was entitled to that bag from the start. The bag showed up yesterday but still no shorts. They blame it on weather delays and say thanks for understanding. I've been a customer since I was young and I'm fed up. This is shameful and pathetic. Done shopping with them.
Kind of a mixed bag with this company. I ordered two men's shirts and a coat for my wife on February fifth. The shirts came on the twelfth, which was pretty fast. But when I emailed about the coat on the eighteenth, they said they're swamped right now, even though my shirts got here in a week. Now it's March fifth, over a month later, and zero updates or shipping notification on the coat. So much for the express air shipping I paid extra for. At this point I'm thinking about just canceling the whole thing. It feels like they've forgotten about it, despite them saying everything's fine.

Placed an order from the EU and after over two weeks, still nothing. The tracking info they sent doesn't work at all. Their support for EU customers is basically nonexistent. When I tried to reach them, they basically said they only handle orders from the US and Canada, and their chatbot could only tell me it was shipped. I'm going to try disputing the charge since I paid upfront. This wasn't what I was expecting from Billabong at all. They really need to improve.
