Customer service was awful. My order showed up late and they wouldn't remove the return cost. Now I have to pay money to send back something I don't need anymore since it got here too slow. Skip this place and try somewhere like Bershka instead.

Really a mixed experience overall. Some items fit perfectly and look great, while others don't fit right at all and feel low quality. Sizing seems to vary so much between items that it's basically trial and error. You might find an amazing piece at a decent price, but honestly it's kind of a roll of the dice.

Once I finished buying, I realized they still charged me £1.99 for that protection plan I didn't want. Reached out that same day through their website asking for that charge back, but despite saying they respond within 24 hours, nobody ever acknowledged my request. Then I tried Facebook Messenger and got nothing but bot replies at first. Eventually a real person messaged back and said no to the refund, and after I answered that message, radio silence. I also tried their contact form on the BoohooMAN site but got nowhere. Their communication has been really bad overall. I get tons of sale emails from them but zero actual help. And my order that went through on the 6th still has no updates. After five days the only thing I've seen is the initial confirmation.

I had to contact them multiple times. Got nothing but robot responses for days while nobody actually handled my case. The refund information was vague and kept changing. Processing took forever for what should've been a routine return. I had no way to see what was going on, nothing on paper, nobody I could contact about it. It felt like the refund only went through after I bothered them constantly. This company is big enough to do better than this. Totally aggravating ordeal and a complete waste of effort. I'm telling everyone not to use them.
