I ordered a special occasion dress well ahead of time, but the zipper broke after wearing it for just one hour. When I complained, an automated response promised me store credit since the purchase was recent enough. Turns out it wasn't a real person handling it. Once the issue got escalated to an actual human, the company refused to do anything about the defective dress. Be careful with this retailer.

I keep asking and I'll ask one more time: can you please start offering petite lengths? At 5'3", my options are really limited to cropped pants and occasionally the Beyond Travel collection in short. I'd absolutely love to be able to order one of your regular dresses in petite!

This was my first order and I placed it in late July. I got a confirmation email with a delivery date in early August, but my package never arrived. The tracking shows it was supposed to be delivered but says undelivered instead. I've reached out by email and am waiting to hear back from the company about what happened and how they'll fix this.

Twenty-five years as a customer and still going strong! I really enjoy how current the styles are while maintaining that timeless quality that lasts through the years. I wear a large but noticed the extra large belts aren't quite long enough for my waist, even though I'm a 33-inch jean size. Could you please make those extra large belts longer? I've also recommended the brand to a friend who wore one of the suggested dresses on her cruise and looked amazing!
