Brownells Return Policy

Brownells has a simple return policy. You can return most items within 120 days of purchase. Refunds to the original payment method are available for returns made within 45 days; after that, you will receive store credit.

A $7.99 fee is deducted from your refund for the prepaid return label, unless the return is due to an error on their part. A 15% fee may also be applied to items that are damaged or not in their original condition.

Terrible customer service!!

Absolite garbage, avoid at all costs. I bought a midwest industries forgrip, it was improperly listed on their website and wouldn't fit my rifle bc of it.I reached out to brownells they told me I could pay to return it. When I pushed back that it was a an issue due to mistake on their website... they said they would investigate... then never heard back from them!!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

i just bought new foster ultra seating…

i just bought new foster ultra seating die and its faulty ya think they would give me credit for shiping cost to get sent to foster ....but no they screwed me ill never buy anything from the no service company agian....same on foster for leting out a bad seating die also that the bullet dosent fit there.measurements

Slight slow to start with but quick delivery in UK

I must say, my gun component took a few weeks from online order to my front door, but the stock did come from their US stock suppliers. Once it hit the UK though, it was really quick from ParcelForce. I am very pleased it finally did land at my front door. Many thanks

Authorized return never credited or responded to

I ordered a Sinclair Primer shell holder for a .22 Hornet case. It didn't fit the .22 Hornet case as claimed. Called Customer Service, they promptly issued a return label for credit. I sent the case holder back with an empty .22 Hornet piece of brass to show them the fault. They FedEx the piece of brass back to me with a letter saying the single brass was returned at my expense. I never got the credit for the shell holder, despite a follow-up letter to Customer Service. These folks have lost my interest and business.

Bad business practice. Stand behind the products you sell

I purchased a product and they are unwilling to warranty the product. All they would do was send me a link to the original manufacture to start a warranty claim. This is going to cost me extra money in FFL fees and time spent.

I ordered a part it was the wrong one they charged me 24.36 and refunded me 16.95 for the wrong part they gave me a partial of the tax money that they charged me it was their fault it was the wrong part and they only gave me a percentage of what I paid and they didn't refund my shipping

The order was placed in London, within the UK, yet it has still not arrived.I have contacted your support team multiple times via email, but my concerns have been completely ignored. I am a dealer and gunsmith in souteastern Pa and have dealt with them for 20 years and in the last two years the service and support absolutely sucks. I paid for the bullshit EDGE pprogram and my stuff shows up a week or two after the order if they send it at all.No More for me They suck

Received items in 4 business days - standard shipping - first time buyer extremely happy

I came here a few weeks ago because I was considering buying a lot of ammo online and saw all the bad slow shipping reviews at only 1 star, but everyone said the didn't get burned and the product was still exceptional. I got a good enough quote and wasn't in a hurry, so I figured I could wait for an unexpected backorder taking roughly 4-6 weeks like happened to others reviewing here BUT my experience turned out to be nothing shy of perfect, came in a day faster and great communication updates via email.After a week of online research, I ordered the products late Friday night and it said 3-5 business days, so I didn't count Saturday. I received frequent updates on every step via email and received my items that shall remain unnamed in Florida on Thursday evening, so 4 business days. I was so happy that I immediately turned around and placed another similar order, again the night they came in for something I had gotten quotes on including shipping and Brownells came in 2nd place in best price instead of 1st place like last time. Normally, I look for the cheapest with good enough ratings, but I was so satisfied with my first order that I talked to my Wife and we both decided to stay with this company for this order, too.Really sorry to see so many people get a bad experience. Maybe it was a covid thing? Everything was messed up that first year or so. Then again maybe they improved on their processes? Anyways, I'm happy and with my one outstanding experience I'm inclined to make this a favorite shopping place to always check prices and strongly consider ordering from, at the top of my list. Very satisfied. I can't think of anything they could've done better. I just really wanted to come here and leave a good review because at first I was kind of afraid after seeing so many bad reviews but reading into him it turned out to just be an annoying delay and that they're purchases did finally come in so if somebody else is considering this company and concerned I think it's reasonable to know that you won't get burned and you will get your product even if there is an unexpected delay which I didn't have at all.
