Really let down by this experience. Placed an order for some clothing items but they never showed up either time I tried ordering. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't much help at all.

Wish I'd read the reviews first before ordering online. I used to shop at the store years ago when they had a location closer to me, but hadn't been in ages. My great nephew's first Christmas was coming up so I wanted something meaningful. We recorded a message online, placed the order for £45, and when it arrived it came in a cheap, flimsy box with everything just tossed inside. Where was the nice presentation box they're supposed to use? That's part of what makes it a special gift. Pressed the paw to hear the recording and it came through all muffled and distorted, barely hearable. We took it to a shop location and they wanted us to pay to fix it, which made no sense since it was their problem. The staff member was nice but seemed like she was just following a bad policy. I called them instead and they said they'd replace it but we'd need to record again on my account, which wouldn't work for some reason. My daughter ended up going to a big toy store on Oxford Street just to make a new recording there and paying 95 pence for a gift box on top of it. Does a £45 purchase not even cover a box? This whole thing has been ridiculous. I'm never shopping there again but at least I learned to check review sites before buying.

Had a nightmare with customer service. My twin girls each ordered a bear online but only one arrived. The other one never came. Called them multiple times asking what happened and kept getting told someone would contact me within 48 hours, but nobody did. Finally was told it got delivered somewhere but when I asked for details, turns out the delivery driver left it outside the wrong house and they couldn't tell me which one. Had to deal with the courier myself. The staff member I spoke with was incredibly rude. I paid for two bears to my address and got one. They basically don't care, made promises they didn't keep, and I still don't have the other bear. Never ordering online from them again. Really angry about this whole situation.

Feel completely ripped off here. I used vouchers to reduce my order total from £36 down to £16. All the discounts went through but then when I completed my purchase, my bank was charged £26 instead. The order isn't showing anywhere on my account, I got no email receipt or confirmation number. This feels like fraud to me.

Definitely stay away. The shipping company they partner with is terrible. I paid for next day delivery but they didn't even try to bring it to my house. Instead dropped it at a nearby shop and I couldn't pick it up until the following day. When I finally got the item, the sound feature was broken. Instead of the cat sounds described, it just repeats 'say it with sound' in a robotic voice. Can't even reach their customer service by phone or email.

Delivery came super fast and exactly matched what I ordered. My little niece was thrilled with the cinnamon roll plush she got. I'll definitely shop here again. I was hesitant at first because of the reviews I'd seen online, but honestly I couldn't find this particular plush anywhere else. Really satisfied with how everything turned out.

Total waste of money. Paid extra for the voice recording feature but after using it just a few times it stopped working. Very disappointing.

Huge thanks to Ben who ran my daughter's 9th birthday party at the Milton Keynes location. He was absolutely fantastic, kept everyone excited and engaged for the whole time. The energy was amazing and he really made all the kids feel special and valued. Ben is a real gem and a credit to the team!

Great customer service honestly. I ordered without checking reviews, but then started reading all the complaints and got worried my stuff wouldn't show up. But it did. I called them too and a super nice guy helped track my package and explained when I'd hear about shipping. They work with DPD for deliveries. My only real complaint is the delivery person didn't ring the bell, just tapped the door lightly so we didn't hear. Left a note and I had to grab it from a local pickup point the next day. The box got a little banged up but since there's just a plush inside it wasn't a big deal. The courier wasn't great but that's not on them. They were really helpful and responsive both times I messaged on social media and called. Honestly don't get why people say they can't reach them because their customer service is solid. They even refunded my next day delivery fee because of the courier issue. And I really like the bear!

Really happy with this! Got a green frog in a cool movie costume through the website. Honestly what made me nervous was not getting an order confirmation email from them and reading about other people's issues online. But it arrived in 5 days in perfect condition! Really pleased with everything.

A staff member named Colin deserves special mention because he went above and beyond to help us and made it fun. We felt really looked after and can't wait to come back.

The Kingston location in the shopping center is fantastic. My 7 year old daughter had a special day there and the team was incredible. They were attentive, listened carefully, and showed genuine interest in understanding what my daughter wanted and why she was there.
