About Caesars Entertainment

Caesars Entertainment operates a portfolio of resort hotels and casinos across the United States, including the iconic Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Shoppers search for promo codes and deals to reduce room rates, resort fees, and package pricing for hotel stays and entertainment experiences.

How to Use a Caesars Entertainment Promo Code

  1. Visit the Caesars Entertainment website and navigate to the hotel or destination where you plan to book your stay.
  2. Select your travel dates and room type, then proceed to the reservation page.
  3. Look for a field labeled 'Promo Code' or 'Discount Code' during checkout and enter your code if you have one.
  4. Review the updated total to confirm any discount has been applied before completing your payment information.
  5. Finish your booking and check your confirmation email for reservation details and any terms tied to your offer.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may have expired or reached its maximum redemptions, so check the terms listed with the offer before applying.
  • Some codes apply only to specific properties, room types, or travel dates, so verify the eligibility requirements match your reservation.
  • Promo codes sometimes cannot be combined with other promotions or member discounts, so review the terms if you are using another offer.
  • Capitalization or extra spaces when entering the code can cause it to fail, so type it carefully and remove any leading or trailing whitespace.
  • If the code is for a specific membership tier or account type, log in to your player account or membership before attempting to apply it.
  • Contact Caesars customer service directly if the code still does not work after verifying eligibility and re-entering it correctly.

Caesars Entertainment Savings Hacks

Sign up for loyalty rewards first

Caesars offers a loyalty program that can provide exclusive rates and benefits on top of any available promo codes, so create or log into your account before booking to maximize savings.

Book midweek for better rates

Hotel rates typically vary by day of the week, with weekday stays often cheaper than weekend bookings at resort destinations, so consider adjusting your travel dates if flexibility exists.

Check package deals versus room only

Caesars sometimes bundles rooms with entertainment credits, dining vouchers, or show tickets into packages that may offer better overall value than booking the room alone.

Monitor offers throughout the year

Promotional codes and rates change seasonally and by property demand, so checking back regularly on RetailCoupons.com can help you catch limited time deals aligned with your travel window.

Caesars Entertainment Shipping Policy

Caesars Entertainment is a hotel and resort operator, so shipping does not apply to reservations. Room delivery and in resort services are typically handled by the property itself. Guests should contact their hotel directly with questions about services or arrangements available during their stay.

Caesars Entertainment Returns & Refund Policy

Hotel and resort stays are generally non-refundable unless a specific offer terms allow cancellation with a refund, which depends on the rate type and any promo code conditions. Guests should review the cancellation policy during checkout and contact the property directly if they need to modify or cancel a reservation, as policies vary by booking type and timing.

Caesars Entertainment FAQ

Does Caesars Entertainment offer promo codes regularly?
Caesars does run promotional offers through its affiliate programs, and you can check the list at the top of this page to see what is currently available. Offers rotate frequently, so checking back often increases your chances of finding a code that matches your travel dates and destination.
Are there any free shipping or fee waiver codes?
Caesars operates hotels rather than an e-commerce storefront, so traditional shipping does not apply. Promo codes instead typically reduce room rates or resort fees, or provide add-on credits for dining and entertainment.
Can I use a promo code if I have a Caesars loyalty membership?
That depends on the specific offer terms, as some codes may not be stackable with member rates while others may be exclusive to members. Always verify the eligibility requirements listed with each code before booking, or contact Caesars customer service for clarification on code compatibility with your membership status.
What if my promo code is not working?
First, double-check that you entered the code correctly without extra spaces and that the code has not expired. If the issue persists, reach out to Caesars customer service, as representatives can manually apply valid codes or explain any restrictions that may prevent redemption.
Are there better deals on specific days or times?
Midweek rates are often lower than weekend rates at Caesars properties, and promotional offers may favor certain seasons or destinations. Monitoring offers on RetailCoupons.com and booking strategically around your travel flexibility can help you secure the best available rate.
How do I know which properties a code covers?
Each promo code should list which Caesars properties, destinations, or resort types it applies to in its terms and conditions. If you are unsure, read the offer details carefully or call the property you plan to visit to confirm eligibility before booking.

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Caesars Entertainment has a rating of 1.8 out of 5 based on 18 reviews, with the majority of feedback being highly negative. Shoppers report serious issues including poor customer service from staff members, inadequate responses to guest security concerns and theft, misrepresentation of special event packages (particularly Formula 1 Experience bookings where advertised viewing areas did not exist), disputes over jackpot payouts, unresponsive management when addressing customer complaints, and unauthorized charges and billing disputes that went unresolved.

A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings, suggesting some positive experiences are possible, but the overwhelming pattern in feedback centers on unmet expectations, financial losses, failure to honor advertised services, and consistently unhelpful customer support. Shoppers express frustration with the company's unwillingness to resolve disputes or respond to repeated contact attempts, describing interactions as cold, dismissive, and in some cases accusatory toward customers.

Both Caesars and Tropicana are represented by one of the absolute worst hosts you could possibly work with. This person is completely incompetent and clearly has zero interest in actually helping her customers. She doesn't understand her responsibilities and honestly doesn't seem to want to. Her job is customer care but she does it terribly, which is honestly embarrassing for both companies. She might call you once or twice a year and greet you with a nickname to try to smooth things over, but meanwhile she's ignored every single email and text message. If you end up with her as your host, go somewhere else. Also good luck trying to get switched to a different host, because both companies refuse to do it. They're among the worst casino operations out there.

During my stay at this property, I was unfortunate enough to be robbed. What really upset me was how poorly management handled it. I reached out multiple times trying to get help, but the response was cold and unhelpful. When you're a guest, you expect the hotel to actually be secure AND to care about what happens to you. Unfortunately, neither of those things were true here. Before choosing this place, I'd seriously reconsider and make security and customer service your top priorities. Things I noticed: Nothing good. Things that were bad: Weak security, unhelpful management, nobody taking responsibility.

Last year they hosted Formula 1 at their location. I purchased their Formula 1 Experience package for the 2024 Grand Prix event based on what was promised at the time I booked. The listing clearly stated you'd have access to designated viewing platforms. Turns out those viewing areas don't even exist, so what I got was nothing like what was advertised. The viewing areas themselves were terrible, packed with too many people, and they'd added extra VIP levels that cut into the viewing space I was supposed to have. Everyone felt cheated and undervalued. And if all that wasn't enough, the food and drink prices were outrageous. The whole thing fell way short of what you'd reasonably expect from a premium F1 package. I've submitted multiple complaints since then and not a single person has bothered to respond.

I witnessed something really upsetting recently. A guy won a substantial jackpot and they wouldn't pay him out. They actually escorted him out of the casino. I won't be going back there, and if you want quality, check out New York New York instead.

I wish I could give this place just one star. I dropped seventy grand here and I've got statements from the last three years showing I've wagered over thirty grand. Their computer system malfunctioned and they need to fix what happened. I've reached out to them many times but they refuse to respond. It's a total scam. They basically robbed me of thirty bucks and couldn't care less. They lost a loyal customer for life because of this. I'm done gambling with them.

I have to be honest, this app and company are both terrible. They charged my account for over three grand that I never authorized. When I disputed it, instead of helping me out, they resubmitted those charges and added bank fees on top. This cost me an enormous amount of money. I tried to work something out where we'd split the fraud costs, but they kept charging me anyway, making my account go further in the red. I submitted multiple support requests and sent many emails asking for help, but nothing ever came of it. Nobody responded. This is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them completely.

We spent a weekend at Caesars in Las Vegas and had a fantastic time overall! The restaurant variety is excellent, the pool area is spectacular, and the casino is fantastic. My one complaint would be that the guest rooms feel dated and worn at this point, which doesn't match what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. For the rates they're charging, you'd think the room condition would be better. Despite that issue, the experience was really enjoyable!

What a letdown! I paid for a room with a king bed and got stuck with two queens instead. The whole room felt old and uninviting. There wasn't even any ice available on our floor, and when I called down to ask about it, the desk told me I'd have to go up to a different floor for some. They didn't have bottled water either, so I was stuck drinking from the tap. I can't justify spending over a thousand dollars just to stay in a shabby hotel. I won't be coming back.

I was thrilled when I arrived to check in at Caesars Palace, but that excitement vanished the moment we got to our room. What we found was absolutely revolting. That carpet looked like it hadn't been replaced in forever and was covered in matted dirt. The lighting throughout the room was terrible. Even with every light switched on, we still had to use our phone flashlights just to see. The bathroom was equally bad. The ironing board cover was in such bad shape that it stained our clothes as soon as we used it. It's obvious this place hasn't had any kind of renovation work done in ages. The whole experience was a terrible letdown for such an expensive stay.

I've been sitting here waiting for my withdrawal to go through for almost four weeks now. I've reached out to customer support five different times and gotten nowhere. There's been zero follow-up communication from them despite promises that there would be. They seem completely clueless about what's happening with my money and clearly they're just taking peoples' cash.

Caesars has really hit rock bottom in terms of hospitality. Las Vegas has lost its family-friendly spirit and this company has made it crystal clear that kids aren't welcome. They'll confiscate money from children and basically commit theft, then hide behind their phone system so they don't have to address it. I talked to three people at management level and tried contacting corporate but got nowhere. You're comfortable taking Christmas money from kids while your voicemail system makes it impossible for anyone to reach you for resolution. This is the hospitality business, and people remember this stuff. After twenty five years as a loyal customer, I'm done. My grandchildren spent eighty dollars on arcade cards at the arcade in the attached casino. Right after buying them, the arcade shut down for maintenance issues and every manager just said basically too bad. They claimed they couldn't refund the cards and wouldn't even give them a small gift from the arcade store to make up for it. I've never seen such a heartless response to this kind of situation.

For one thing, they need to actually honor what they advertise. I won a promotion bonus and they refused to give it to me even though I'd met the wagering requirements by getting eight wins against the spread from eleven games. When you contact them about what you're owed, they just lie to you and make excuses. Their customer service is pathetic.

Steven H.Nov 1, 2023

This company is completely untrustworthy. I'm telling everyone to avoid their betting app. Here's what happened: after I had winning bets on a regular basis, they started marking my wins as losses. And I'm not exaggerating. I have proof of four separate winning bets verified by the actual game scores. I even have the original bet receipt printed out before the games ended. I won those bets but they claim I lost. This isn't even the first time they've pulled this stunt. Compare that to Draft Kings and MGM who handle their business properly. Whatever you do, skip Caesars.

This place used to be different, and not in a good way anymore. Before the pandemic, we felt valued and appreciated as regular guests. But since things reopened in spring of 2023, it's been a steady decline. The rooms aren't particularly clean these days. I noticed dust buildup in the vents and on the mirrors. The cocktail service is basically nonexistent on the casino floor. We'd been playing for over two hours and when we tried to get someone's attention, the server told us if we wanted drinks we should just buy them at the bar ourselves. The service staff all seem unhappy working there, which definitely shows. Then at checkout the next morning, some staff member I didn't know knocked on our door at nine in the morning asking when we were leaving, even though checkout wasn't until eleven. When I called the front desk about it, they seemed totally indifferent. Getting dropped off by rideshare is a hassle too. You can't use the main entrance so you're stuck hauling your luggage down the sidewalk for what feels like forever. Only taxis get access to the front entrance. This hotel has really lost what made it special.

Since the day this place opened, I've been a guest here, and I was really let down on my recent visit. The accommodations have declined significantly and desperately need updating. The casino floor is absolutely choking with smoke and would really benefit from having air purification systems running constantly. Just walking through there made me feel sick. Getting the front desk or management on the phone is nearly impossible with their phone system. Our room initially reeked of cigarette smoke and the housekeeping staff completely missed that. It was so awful that we demanded a different room right away, which was quite an ordeal. To make matters worse, I couldn't find any Buzz Pop Cocktails anywhere in the entire resort or at two other connected properties.
