The pandemic clearly affected things, but the selection shouldn't suffer this much. You'd think they'd stock up with trendy, full shelves. Since I couldn't find anything I liked in store, I took a gift card. I was told I could definitely use it online where the selection is much better. I figured I was all set, but when I tried entering the gift card code online it kept getting rejected. I couldn't figure out how to make it work and when I reached out to support it was frustrating.
