I wish I'd checked out their return policy before buying. It costs eight to ten bucks to return items, and I'm literally in the same town. You don't get your money back either, just store credit. The material on one of my pieces was so thin I'm pretty sure you could grab it at a dollar store. Won't be ordering from here again.

Really disappointed with this company. I ordered something back in February and it's still showing as ready to ship with no updates. I've reached out via email three separate times asking about my order status and when I should expect delivery, but I haven't gotten a single response back. I tried both email addresses listed on their website and got nothing from either one. This seems like a shady operation just looking to take people's money. Would recommend staying away.

I ordered white leather boots and they shipped me brown and pink boots instead. I asked for either a refund or to have the correct pair sent to me, but they said they could only refund me 20 percent, which came to about 13 dollars. I paid 73 dollars for the boots. This is a total scam. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here. This business should be shut down.

I'm really surprised by how many bad reviews I'm seeing. I've gotten most of my work wardrobe from Chic Soul over the last few years, so I've got tons of experience ordering from them, and I'd definitely recommend them to others. Their customer service team responds quickly and treats you well. I've always been happy with the quality of what I get. The prices feel reasonable to me. Sure, some items haven't worked out for me personally, but that doesn't mean their whole selection is unflattering, like some reviewers claim. Store credit only returns aren't unusual for online retailers either. Plus it's super easy to find their return policy on their website before you place an order, so complaints about it seem like people just didn't do their homework.

Their ads totally got me to try them out, but I'm not impressed. The pricing feels really high to me, and coming from Canada made it way worse. Between the currency conversion, shipping costs, and duties, I ended up paying a fortune. I bought 4 items but only kept 2, which came to about $200 Canadian for a light hoodie and a summer dress. I have an $85 US credit left, but their $30 shipping charge plus the duty I'll owe means I'm looking at spending around $115 just to get one more piece. That's it for me with this store. Fair warning to anyone in Canada.

I've ordered from this store a few times and the sizing is completely off. I even bumped up a size thinking it would make a difference, but nope, still didn't fit right. The quality of the clothing disappoints me, especially considering what you're paying for it. Skip this company. The value just isn't there.

Just not worth the money. The clothes don't look good on most body types, the quality is pretty poor, and you're paying way too much. If you want to return something, forget about getting your money back. You'll only get store credit. Also, from what I've heard, the people working in their warehouse deal with pretty terrible conditions and don't get paid well.

This shop is wonderful! I've spent a lot of money with them over time. The clothing fits great and feels wonderful. The shorts especially are amazing! My orders always arrive quickly and they're always correct. On my latest purchase, a coupon code didn't go through, but they took care of me with a gift card for the discount I missed out on. Their customer service is consistently friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that returns result in store credit rather than refunds, but that's just how they operate. I haven't had any items I needed to return anyway.

This place is fantastic! I've dropped hundreds of dollars here over time. The fit and feel of the clothes is excellent. Their shorts are fantastic! Everything about this experience was bad. The return policy is terrible and when I talked to customer service reps, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. There are way better places out there for plus size clothing. Avoid this one. The quality of the items isn't good either.

The clothing from Chic Soul has been fantastic. I've bought multiple pieces from them and haven't experienced any issues. Sure, the prices are a bit steep, but it's clearly shown before you buy. If you think it costs too much, just don't purchase it. Pretty simple.
