Stay away from this company. I ordered a desk cooler fan and the USB charger was completely useless because both connection ends were identical, which makes zero sense. Yeah, both ends fit the device, but neither one is actually a USB port. I sent multiple emails trying to fix it and even attempted to call, but the phone number doesn't work. I haven't heard back in any form, not even an acknowledgment. I'm really upset that a company that appears so legitimate can turn out to be such a scam. Really disappointed. But at least I know I did the right thing trying to resolve it professionally.
