Sign up for brand newsletters early

New customers and email subscribers often receive exclusive welcome discounts or early access to seasonal sales. Check COROS Wearables' website to join their mailing list before making your first purchase.

Time purchases around major sales events

Retailers in the sports apparel and exercise equipment category typically run promotions during holiday seasons, back-to-school periods, and fitness-focused shopping events. Check RetailCoupons.com regularly to catch these larger discount windows.

Compare bundle deals versus individual discounts

COROS may offer better value when purchasing multiple items together rather than buying separately. Review all available offers to determine which approach saves more on your planned purchases.

COROS Wearables Shipping Policy

COROS Wearables handles shipping like most specialty sports retailers, but specific thresholds and carrier options vary. Check your order details and the checkout page for current shipping costs and estimated delivery times before completing your purchase. International and expedited shipping options may be available depending on your location and product selection.

COROS Wearables Returns & Refund Policy

COROS Wearables likely maintains a return window for unopened and lightly used items, as is common in the sports apparel and wearables sector. Review the store's return policy on coros.com or contact their customer service team to confirm the exact return window, condition requirements, and refund process for your specific purchase.

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

COROS Wearables customers are sharply divided, with roughly equal numbers giving top and bottom ratings. Satisfied shoppers praise the watches themselves, particularly the Apex 2 Pro and Pace models, for strong battery life and performance that competes well with other brands. These customers also report positive experiences with refunds and product support when issues arise. However, a substantial portion of reviewers express serious frustration with customer service and order fulfillment. Common complaints include unresponsive or ineffective support staff who rely heavily on email and AI responses, defective hardware (crown buttons, barometers, syncing issues) paired with dismissive troubleshooting that repeats the same steps, shipping delays and unclear tracking status despite promises of next-day delivery, and lack of follow-up on customer inquiries submitted through website forms and apps.

The disconnect appears to center on the company's support infrastructure rather than product quality. While the watches earn genuine praise for their capabilities, customers experiencing hardware defects or shipping problems report feeling trapped in loops of circular troubleshooting, unmet delivery timelines, and communication failures. The polarized rating distribution (52 percent five-star, 38 percent one-star, with almost no middle ratings) suggests that whether a customer has a problem becomes the primary driver of their overall experience.

Purchased the Pace 4 and after a month of back and forth with customer service for 2 weeks, it became clear the crown button was actually defective. Their support kept insisting the settings were wrong, even though I sent them a video showing the screen constantly changing from even the lightest touch of my sleeve. They kept repeating they'd discuss it with their team and get back to me, but no real solution came. I'm requesting a refund and switching back to Garmin since they handle replacements and repairs much faster. An update to my complaint: after weeks of messages they finally offered a replacement, but only after I'd already decided to return the watch. The catch was that if the replacement didn't work out, that would be the end of it. Who would accept a replacement under those conditions? I want to be clear about that.

This is exactly what I've been dealing with too. Their customer service is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. They lean heavily on AI and everything's done through email. For over a month now I've been going in circles about a barometer problem that started right after I bought it. They keep making me repeat the exact same troubleshooting steps over and over. They even sent me a screenshot of a Google map from one of my outdoor activities showing my watch recorded the location almost 200 meters off while my AllTrails data was spot on. Despite all that proof, they refuse to repair or replace it under warranty. It's shameful for such an expensive device that I literally can't use for hiking and outdoor activities. A friend asked me for a watch recommendation yesterday and I had to tell them to stay away from Coros.

The watch refuses to sync with any apps, especially Strava. Customer service is basically nonexistent!

Ordered almost 200 dollars worth of merchandise and now I'm stuck in limbo. The Shop delivery app kept showing 'on its way' and 'express' status, and Coros claimed orders placed before 10 AM on weekdays would ship the same day. Well, I never got the package, no explanation, no updates. This was supposed to be my son's Christmas gift and I'm frustrated. Can't call anyone since there's no phone number listed, and support hasn't replied to my messages. I finally had to request the order be cancelled and refunded so I could buy something else in time for the holidays. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Kenneth R.Dec 12, 2025

Why all the poor reviews? I've had nothing but great experiences with Coros. My Apex 2 Pro blows the competition away in terms of battery and what it can do. I accidentally ordered a duplicate Pace 3 as a gift and Coros bent over backwards helping me get a quick refund after I sent it back, plus they were super nice about the whole thing. Pretty much every brand catches some flack these days, but in my book Coros and their support team are definitely worth the hype.

The watches themselves are fantastic, but buying from them? Total nightmare. Their policy says all orders ship the next day via standard Parcelforce delivery. Mine went out through Evri instead and now it's stuck showing delayed status. I filled out a couple forms on their website but got no response, so I reached out through the app. It bothers me that they didn't stick to their own shipping policy by using Evri, which everybody knows is unreliable. After a couple days of supposedly escalating my case, I heard nothing. Sent another email yesterday to check on things and still no answer. It's been over a week past when I should've gotten the package, and they're now telling me they sent a 'return to sender' request and I'll have to wait for them to receive and inspect it before getting a refund. That makes no sense since I never got the thing in the first place, so why would they need to look it over? They haven't even acknowledged that they broke their own shipping policy.

Got my first Coros watch back in February 2025 and spent months telling everyone how much better it was compared to Garmin. Then the battery died last week. I understand hardware failures happen sometimes, but Coros's response has been disappointing. After multiple back and forth emails they finally agreed there was a hardware problem and said they'd send a replacement. But the replacement showed up in the wrong color with the wrong band, and when I asked for an actual new watch they refused, only offering a refurbished model that costs about 25 dollars less than buying new. For a watch that's not even 9 months old, I thought asking for a proper replacement was reasonable. I know that's not their policy, but it seems like Coros doesn't care much about keeping good customer relationships or rewarding loyalty over saving 25 bucks. Not recommending them anymore.

Been really satisfied with my COROS since getting it in September 2024, until recently anyway. The watch itself is fantastic and I love the app features. But 3 weeks ago it totally fell apart, became super sluggish, basically froze up, and the buttons stopped responding. Getting help was tough because their AI assistant CARA was the only contact option at first. We tried troubleshooting steps but the watch only worked for a couple minutes before it went back to being broken. It took me forever just to get past CARA and talk to an actual person, and by then they'd already decided the watch couldn't be repaired. They promised to send me a refurbished replacement that shipped out on October 30th. As of now, I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing and messaging them on Instagram but nobody's gotten back to me. I'm down a watch now, losing important training data, and had to do some events without it. Honestly didn't think a watch would fail after just over a year of use.

This has been my worst customer service experience hands down. COROS ignored my refund request 7 different times over the course of 2 weeks, then forced me through a return process before they'd actually refund my money. The whole ordeal started on June 21 and didn't wrap up until August 5th. Here's what I dealt with: took over 3 weeks just to get a simple watch shipped, then after I asked for the refund they finally processed the order and sent the watch while keeping my refund payment frozen, got nothing but copy paste responses that didn't actually address what I was asking about, and they made me return the item even though I'd been trying to cancel for weeks.

I'm really happy with my Coros 3 as a watch, but the battery situation has become a nightmare. It used to last 5 days on a charge, then suddenly started dying after just 12 hours. I sent it back through the retailer where I purchased it, and after waiting 2 weeks they basically told me to figure it out myself on the Coros website. I tried scheduling a support call but they cancelled it 2 hours before without explanation. That's when I found out they only offer phone support to customers in the US. I ended up chatting with their AI support, which suggested I open a ticket. A specialist responded and had me try some troubleshooting, saying the watch wasn't properly calibrated. I gave it another shot but nothing changed, so I opened another ticket. Now it's been almost 5 weeks with zero resolution. Since I have a 2-year warranty, I figured the retailer should be making sure this works correctly, but instead Coros support keeps running me in circles without actually fixing anything.

I absolutely adore my COROS 3, but there's a problem with the altimeter that just won't work right. Customer service has basically refused to fix it even though the watch is still covered under warranty. I've been emailing back and forth for weeks and finally they suggested I manually adjust the elevation each day, which totally defeats the whole purpose of having an automatic tracking feature. My boyfriend's COROS is spot on and always accurate compared to mine. He says it doesn't happen to his, so I don't buy their explanation about weather affecting just mine. It's really unfortunate because I loved the watch itself, but I can't recommend a company that won't stand behind their warranty.

Amanda S.May 1, 2025

Coros support totally went above and beyond what I expected! They made sure I stuck with the process to get my watch issue taken care of and got my warranty sorted out. Really thankful for their help!

Patricia N.Dec 20, 2024

The COROS Pace 2 is awesome. It works great and the battery is incredible. Had an issue where my Strava data came through wrong, but they responded right away and fixed it with a software patch. Will absolutely get another one from them next time I need to replace my watch.

Susan K.Dec 20, 2024

My COROS Pace 2 is fantastic. The features work great and the battery lasts forever. I had an issue recently where the data syncing to Strava was coming through incorrectly, and they got back to me super fast to fix it with a firmware update. Definitely going to stick with their brand when it's time for my next upgrade.

Marco F.Sep 28, 2024

Really pleased so far. Tons of customization features, beautiful design, honestly the nicest app experience I've had. For the money it's tough to beat, take the Apex 2 Pro for example, you get sapphire glass, titanium, dual GPS band, and two different bands all for around 450 which is crazy good value right now. Super lightweight and feels great on the wrist too. The battery going weeks between charges is genuinely the best part. It looks like the development team is regularly pushing out helpful new features, hoping they maintain that momentum and add even more strength focused training. The sleep monitoring and heart rate data are super detailed. Really solid work overall!
