Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may have expired; check the offer details on RetailCoupons.com to confirm the current expiration date.
  • Some codes apply only to specific product categories or price tiers; verify your item qualifies before assuming the code is invalid.
  • Certain codes may exclude items already on sale or clearance; review the terms to see if your product is eligible.
  • Typing errors in the code are common; copy and paste the code directly from RetailCoupons.com rather than typing it by hand.
  • If the code still will not apply, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again in a fresh browser session.
  • Contact Dell Canada customer service with your order details and the code you attempted; they can confirm eligibility and manually apply the discount if appropriate.

Dell Canada Savings Hacks

Stack coupon codes on bulk orders

When buying multiple monitors or accessories for an office or home setup, check whether Dell Canada allows multiple coupon codes in a single order. Combining separate discounts can yield larger savings on larger purchases.

Time purchases with seasonal sales

Dell Canada often runs deeper discounts during back-to-school, holiday, and year-end clearance events. Checking RetailCoupons.com before a planned purchase helps you catch promotional periods that may offer better overall savings than standalone coupon codes.

Compare monitor and accessory bundles

Dell Canada frequently bundles monitors with stands, cables, or other accessories at discounted bundle prices. These package deals can sometimes beat applying individual product codes.

Review coupon eligibility thresholds

Some Dell Canada coupons apply only to orders above a minimum purchase amount or exclude certain product lines. Reading the full terms on RetailCoupons.com before checkout prevents disappointment at the payment page.

Dell Canada Shipping Policy

Dell Canada ships orders within Canada; standard shipping timeframes vary based on product availability and your location. Review the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. For specifics on shipping costs, carrier options, and expedited delivery, check Dell Canada's shipping policy on their website or contact their customer service team.

Dell Canada Returns & Refund Policy

Dell Canada allows returns within a standard window, though the exact timeframe depends on the product type and whether items are unopened or used. Defective or damaged items typically qualify for replacement or refund. For precise return deadlines, restocking fees, and the return process, consult Dell Canada's returns and exchange policy before making your purchase.

Dell Canada is rated 2.1 out of 5 by 16 shoppers, with a polarized distribution: 63 percent of reviews are one-star ratings. Shoppers who gave positive ratings praise specific product quality, particularly monitor display performance and occasional competitive pricing on laptops. One reviewer noted that Dell Canada's customer service improved when they persisted with a complaint about a defective monitor. However, the majority of negative reviews cite serious concerns about build quality, warranty limitations, and customer support. Recurring complaints include laptop hinges and screens failing within the first one to two years, automated support systems that do not provide real assistance, warranty cutoff policies that prevent repairs even when customers are willing to pay out of pocket, and difficulties with cashback rebate validation that prevents customers from receiving advertised refunds.

Build reliability appears to be a significant pain point across reviews, with multiple shoppers reporting hardware failures shortly after or near warranty expiration. Shoppers consistently describe customer support as difficult to access and unhelpful, with one reviewer noting that support staff rely on technical warranty language to avoid honoring customer concerns. The cashback rebate issue appears to be a systemic problem specific to Dell Canada, with shoppers reporting they cannot validate purchases through third-party cashback programs in the same way they can with other retailers.

Picked up a couple of ultrawide gaming monitors and one arrived with a dead pixel. When I asked about it they said one bad pixel doesn't count as defective per the warranty. I checked the warranty agreement and yeah, they were technically right. Obviously I was frustrated. I reached back out and told them I wasn't satisfied, and to my surprise they changed their mind. They shipped me a replacement immediately without even asking me to send the faulty one back first. I really appreciate them stepping up. Just had a rough experience with another brand so this really stood out. Super happy with the monitors themselves and the service they ended up providing. Would've been perfect if they'd done the replacement from the start without needing me to complain twice.

Didn't get my 20 percent cashback from a rebate site because Dell refuses to validate it. This seems to be standard practice with them unfortunately. I've used cashback programs for tons of purchases and only Dell gives me problems. You'll find tons of complaints about this same issue scattered across various websites. The company should probably be removed from that rebate platform, or at the very least if you're shopping specifically for the cashback benefit, look elsewhere. Still within your return window? Send it back right now while you can. I've reached out to Dell four times and the rebate site three times and they just keep saying wait 45 days. I'm pretty sure that's intentional so customers pass their return deadline without getting their money back.

You can get Dell laptops at decent prices, sometimes really cheap. That's pretty much where the positives end though. The actual build quality is terrible. My 17 inch model fell apart with the hinges breaking easily and the screen bends way too much. And forget about getting support, it's all automated robots and you won't get real help. This was my first and last time buying from Dell. Now that computer parts are back in stock, I'm going straight to other brands. Lucky I only grabbed one.

My Inspiron stopped working after just one year. The motherboard gave up 13 days past warranty expiration. Won't be going back.

Marcus T.Sep 5, 2022

Honestly, one of the toughest companies to work with if you're running a small business. I grabbed a 1500 dollar monitor from them and I gotta say, the picture quality and sharpness are fantastic (model U3821DW). Problem is, this monitor has a known issue connecting to MacOS, and mine was no exception. I reached out to their tech support team and, wow, what a disappointment. These folks seem completely lost and don't take responsibility for anything. First rep had no clue and just disappeared, saying he'd call back but never did. Called again and got another useless guy who kept rushing to end the call. When I pushed for actual help, he just hung up on me. Finally figured out that one person at Dell actually gives a damn. He walked me through some fixes, but nothing stuck. Eventually he said the monitor was dead and needed replacing. I'm still trying to get them to send a replacement and I'm already dreading how terrible this process is going to be. This is frustrating.

This laptop has been nothing but trouble since day one. Don't bother buying one. They refuse to address your issues once your warranty runs out, even if you want to pay out of pocket for repairs. I had software problems right within the first year but couldn't get support during the pandemic because apparently warranty expiration was all that mattered to them. Gifts shouldn't be this disappointing. I owned a Toshiba for a decade with zero issues and loved it. Stay away from this brand. They show zero understanding when you bring up concerns. When I asked if we could extend the two-week software replacement window to a month since the same problem came back three weeks after the first fix, they said absolutely not. Once that window closes, your computer is basically trash. I'm out 700 bucks on what might as well be an expensive paperweight. Don't waste your money.

Brian S.May 19, 2021

Their support team is absolutely awful. It's obvious the whole operation got outsourced and they just don't care about helping customers. I'm not going to shop with Dell anymore. I know my way around computers pretty well so I fixed my own issue, but I feel bad for people who need actual support. Just skip this company. They've really gone downhill.

Ordered a Dell Inspiron laptop in silver that arrived much faster than expected. I've been using it for over two weeks now for remote work and I'm really impressed. I'm constantly switching between writing documents, video conferencing, and streaming content and everything runs smoothly without any lag. The fingerprint reader is awesome once you train it properly by scanning your finger at various angles. The keyboard backlighting is perfect when working at night. Some folks say the backlit keys are impossible to see during the day, which is technically true, BUT there's an easy fix, just disable the backlight during daytime hours using a function key on the keyboard. Keys become crystal clear then. I had a faulty key that wasn't registering properly on my brand new laptop. I chatted with Dell support and they immediately booked an at-home technician to replace the keyboard with no added cost. The technician needed a second trip to get the right component, but the entire experience was so smooth and professional I'd absolutely recommend them.

Placed an order for an Inspiron laptop in silver and it showed up sooner than I expected. After using it for more than two weeks now I'm really happy with it. I'm using it for work from home, juggling between document creation, video calls, and streaming all at once. Performance has been smooth and quick. The fingerprint login works really well once you get it calibrated right, picking up your finger even from different angles. The backlit keyboard is great in low light situations. I've seen complaints that the backlight makes keys hard to see during daytime, and that's accurate, BUT you can just turn the backlight off during the day using a function key. Keys are perfectly visible then. One issue came up where a key on my brand new unit wasn't responding correctly. I got on live chat with them and they had a technician at my house to swap out the keyboard at no extra charge incredibly fast. It took two tries to get the right part, but the whole process was smooth and left me really satisfied. I'll recommend them.

Never buying from Dell again. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Your support team is just as bad. Getting routed through their India center took forever with no progress. They kept bouncing me from person to person for weeks straight and still nothing got resolved.

Elena C.Nov 23, 2020

Brand new laptop arrived basically defective. Hardware, BIOS, and drivers don't work together properly at all. It's completely broken right out of the box. The technical support team is essentially useless and you're on your own. It's nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone. When you do connect with someone, the line drops constantly whether it's a phone call, video chat, or remote session. All the support appears to be operating from overseas with infrastructure that can't handle any real volume. You get nothing in terms of actual service.

David W.Nov 23, 2020

Received a new laptop that's basically broken right out of the box. The hardware, BIOS, and drivers just don't play nice with each other at all. Machine is totally unusable in this condition. Tech support is pretty much worthless and won't help you figure anything out. Honestly, good luck reaching anyone who can actually assist you. Every time I get through, the call keeps dropping after just a few minutes whether it's phone, chat, or remote access. Entire support operation seems to be based overseas with zero infrastructure for handling calls properly. Complete lack of service.

Angela D.Aug 17, 2020

Got my G5 system last week and right away noticed the wifi card installed wasn't the one I'd ordered. I spent a ton of time on the phone trying to get it fixed and went nowhere. They shuffled me through four separate departments. Just as I was about to give the fifth person my case details, the call dropped. Think they called back? Nope. At this point I'm considering just sending the whole thing back and asking for a refund.

Chris J.Jul 21, 2020

Decent enough overall but nothing special. Getting help from their team takes forever and I bounced around between departments constantly. Their computers are pricey for what they are, though that's pretty standard in the prebuilt market. You could definitely do worse, but they're not going to go out of their way to help you.

Matthew R.Jul 15, 2020

Had a terrible time ordering a TV from them online. They shipped it out then randomly told the delivery company to send it back without explaining why or giving me a heads up. Figured maybe it was a mistake so I ordered again. This time they sat on the order for four days and then just canceled it with no explanation. Spent two weeks in limbo talking to about five different reps and none of them could tell me what was happening. Worse, they kept making it sound like everything was fine when it clearly wasn't. The staff was actually pretty hostile too while they were insisting the orders would go through. Skip this company entirely.
