We're cozy as can be. These beds have genuinely transformed our nighttime rest. This is totally honest feedback from someone who actually paid for this, not some paid plug. Seriously, you won't regret trying them out.

The mattress started drooping in the middle after like half a year. I also noticed it seemed impossible to post reviews on their website. This is honestly the worst online mattress purchase I've made. Purple was pretty bad too, but not nearly as bad as this one.

The absolute worst customer service. My advice is don't buy from them. They won't help you with anything. They say they just can't do it and make you hire and pay for your own handyman. It's worth knowing that the FTC actually sued DreamCloud back in 2021 because of false advertising about where the product comes from. That lawsuit ended in a settlement and refunds for affected customers. I'm working to find others willing to take similar action.

Watch out before buying. My mattress formed a permanent dent where I sleep in less than a year. The mattress quality stinks plus the customer service is terrible! Would definitely not recommend! Their warranty coverage is basically worthless!

This company brags about 1-2 day shipping once you buy, but there's always a trick. Not all items are actually in stock. They'll make sure to send whatever they do have in stock like a huge mattress that's basically impossible to pack back up if you change your mind and their smaller accessories. Then like a week later you get a message saying the headboard and frame won't leave the warehouse for another three weeks. Of course they only add that update AFTER your mattress and other stuff arrives. It really seems intentional. They'll advertise the fast delivery, sell you things that are out of stock or unavailable just to hook you, then throw you a bone with a $30 credit or a pillow while you're sleeping without a bed for 3-4 additional weeks. This is lousy business practice and totally misleading. Never buying from them again.

They never answered about serious problems with my delivery. Basically zero help after the purchase was complete.

Dreamcloud claims it ships in a week. We waited weeks waiting for the bed to arrive. They called once the mattress showed up but no base came with it so we're still waiting. The frame has awesome features, especially being able to raise the head part to help with some health stuff without affecting my husband. WARNING TO SHOPPERS. DreamCloud mattresses might work okay for certain people, but their 365-night trial guarantee isn't what it claims to be. We bought our mattress through an authorized DreamCloud retailer at a physical location. When we tried returning it because it wasn't right for us, DreamCloud gave us the runaround by claiming the trial only applies to online purchases. Their website doesn't mention this restriction anywhere though. Wouldn't DreamCloud want to protect its image by standing behind what they advertise? Apparently that's not a priority for them.

This ranks as the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any product. The dreamcloud adjustable frame only functioned for 1 hour and then just quit. Customer service has been a nightmare. I've been trying to get a replacement for more than 2 months with zero success. They keep saying someone will call me back about a replacement but the calls never come. I've reached out at least 20 times trying to get this fixed and have nothing to show for it. Just skip dreamcloud entirely or you'll get ripped off.

YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, THEY CONTACT YOU SAYING IT'S NOT IN STOCK AND OFFER TO UPGRADE YOU TO SOMETHING BETTER. BUT REALLY YOU'RE JUST BEING STRUNG ALONG. THEN THEY MESSAGE AGAIN CLAIMING PART OF YOUR ORDER SHIPPED AND THEY CAN'T DO THE UPGRADE ANYMORE. AND ON AND ON IT GOES. THEY KEEP LYING, BEING RUDE, NOT RETURNING CALLS. YOU ASK FOR A MANAGER THEY SAY THEY'LL CALL YOU BACK EXCEPT THEY DON'T. AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH WE STILL DON'T HAVE A COMPLETE BED AND THEY WERE NASTY ON EVERY SINGLE CONTACT. IT'S OBVIOUS THEY PAY TO HIDE ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. STEER CLEAR.

Got their premiere hybrid. Total garbage. It came in almost 3 inches shorter than what a king size should be. There was a manufacturing date on the tag showing it had been sitting vacuum packed in a box for over 4 months. That explains why it looked so bad when we opened it. Returning it is not easy. Customer service does everything they can to discourage you from sending it back. Unfortunately like other mattress companies these days, they're running scams and trying to dump shoddy stuff on buyers who won't bother returning something that heavy and bulky. Avoid ordering from them.

We ordered on the 4th of July from Dreamcloud Canada since their site indicated stock was available and promised 2-7 business day shipping. We really needed the mattress quickly and were tracking updates closely. The original shipping window was the 7th through 11th, but on the 10th they shifted it to the 10th through 14th due to what they said was a warehouse mistake with our address. I followed up on the 12th expecting them to stick with the original dates since it was their error. The rep got snippy and kept insisting they were still within 7 business days (technically 6) and that I shouldn't worry about the estimated timeframe, just be patient. The 14th arrived with no shipment. I called that morning and they said it got delayed again with no guarantee it would ship that day. They promised to send me updates before business closed. Radio silence. I called again at the end of business hours to cancel, and they claimed it was in pre-shipment and would ship sometime that week (which made zero sense).
