He gets regular chiropractic care to manage it, and his improvement has been real. You can see the difference. He's going to keep up with his chiropractor and let them know about this new mattress. We grabbed the bundle with the premier adjustable bedframe, premier memory foam mattress, mattress protector, cooling pillows, and sheets. We even bought the Claremont Bedframe separately to add some nice style to go with the comfort. Our setup is split king, so the bases match and fit perfectly inside our king Claremont frame. We're cozy as can be. These beds have genuinely transformed our nighttime rest. This is totally honest feedback from someone who actually paid for this, not some paid plug. Seriously, you won't regret trying them out.
The mattress started drooping in the middle after like half a year. I also noticed it seemed impossible to post reviews on their website. This is honestly the worst online mattress purchase I've made. Purple was pretty bad too, but not nearly as bad as this one.
The absolute worst customer service. My advice is don't buy from them. They won't help you with anything. They say they just can't do it and make you hire and pay for your own handyman. I got the split king mattresses, bed frames, headboard, basically everything. Once you give them your money they don't care about you at all. It's worth knowing that the FTC actually sued DreamCloud back in 2021 because of false advertising about where the product comes from. That lawsuit ended in a settlement and refunds for affected customers. I'm working to find others willing to take similar action.
Watch out before buying. My mattress formed a permanent dent where I sleep in less than a year. The mattress quality stinks plus the customer service is terrible! Would definitely not recommend! Their warranty coverage is basically worthless!
This company brags about 1-2 day shipping once you buy, but there's always a trick. Not all items are actually in stock. They'll make sure to send whatever they do have in stock like a huge mattress that's basically impossible to pack back up if you change your mind and their smaller accessories. Then like a week later you get a message saying the headboard and frame won't leave the warehouse for another three weeks. Of course they only add that update AFTER your mattress and other stuff arrives. It really seems intentional. They'll advertise the fast delivery, sell you things that are out of stock or unavailable just to hook you, then throw you a bone with a $30 credit or a pillow while you're sleeping without a bed for 3-4 additional weeks. This is lousy business practice and totally misleading. Never buying from them again.
