What an absolutely stunning dress! I picked up my DVF piece through an online retailer in Europe and received it the very next day. The design is beautiful, the colors are rich, the fabric quality is fantastic... I'm really thrilled with my purchase.

I left the dress there and the warehouse got it on June 1st. Now it's June 10th and still nothing. They're saying it takes ten business days to process, but why? I can't keep shopping with a company that holds onto $400 of my money for weeks claiming it's just their procedure. This isn't how retail works anymore. Skip this site if you think there's any chance you might need to return something.

This is frustrating. I dropped a considerable amount of money on a couple of dresses that I needed for an event. Getting any information about where my order stands has been nearly impossible since no one replies to emails or answers the phone. I'm completely in the dark about when I'll actually have my dresses.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would. The shopping experience online was really bad. I got no customer service whatsoever. Placed an order just over a week ago and haven't gotten any kind of update about it. I have no idea where my purchase is at this point.

Everything went perfectly from start to finish. I ordered a dress Thursday evening using standard shipping, got my dispatch confirmation Friday morning, and the delivery came Saturday. The whole operation was incredibly fast and the communication was excellent. Plus the dress itself is absolutely lovely and matches the description perfectly. I think the ratings here are unreasonably negative because people mostly post when they're upset. My order was placed on the 10th and I got a message that evening confirming arrival on the 12th through their carrier. The package showed up right on time in the window they promised, my dress is beautiful, and it fits perfectly. I had panicked and ordered a backup from somewhere else because I was nervous after reading some reviews, but honestly the whole process with DVF was smooth and quick. The staff was responsive too. I'd recommend ordering directly from them.

I received completely the wrong item when my order arrived. When I called to report the mistake, the representative on the phone demanded that I send photos before they would even consider issuing a return label. Once I did that, she then refused to arrange pickup from my home. So basically they took my money, shipped me the wrong product, wanted proof before doing anything, and wouldn't help with logistics. Then they had the nerve to tell me I'd be permanently banned from ordering if I didn't cover the return shipping myself. At that point I had already decided I'd never buy from them again anyway.

Absolutely unacceptable customer support. My return was logged at the warehouse on January 22nd, but I heard nothing from the company. When I reached out to their support team with all my info, they didn't even read my message and just gave me a generic response about the standard 10-day processing window. After I pointed out it had already been longer than that, they said they'd manually process it and that would need another 10 days. Still nothing. No refund showed up and no one from their team followed up, even though they keep badgering me for feedback surveys they never read. It's clear they don't care about customers and seem determined to hang onto your money for as long as they can get away with it. Completely disappointed by their service and won't be ordering directly from them again.

The customer service here is horrible. I haven't gotten any return confirmation, can't reach anyone through email or phone, and it's been over three weeks since they got my return with still no refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to handle it myself. I'm baffled at how they continue to operate this way in the United States.

Terrible customer service and dishonest practices! I made a purchase in May, and when I tried to place another order in June, I had some questions about the fabric. I tried calling but nobody would pick up. I sent emails with no response. I even posted on their Facebook page asking for help and got ignored. So I never completed that second purchase. What's worse is they told the BBB they never got my emails, but I still have all three of them saved. This is unacceptable.

Three weeks have passed since I placed my dress order and still haven't gotten it. I tried calling customer service and was told that due to staffing issues, all communication has to go through email, but those emails never get answered. My order is just floating out there somewhere. This is the worst customer service experience I've had. I absolutely will not be ordering from DVF ever again.

The physical store seems to have basically no inventory. Every season I've visited, the selection is disappointingly small.
