I bought a diffuser and some essential oil and ran into issues right away. I had a discount code that should have been applied, and while it showed at checkout, it vanished by the time they charged me for shipping. The order total came back to full price. Then I got two more bottles of oil with problems. The smell and look suggested they might be spoiled or degraded, so I didn't want to use them. Between the pricing confusion and the questionable condition of what arrived, I felt taken advantage of. The quality was not what I expected. I won't be ordering again and suggest others verify any promotions and inspect everything carefully when it shows up.

They're a solid company with solid oils. I've been using them for years and the orders ship out super quickly.

Their oils are excellent and really work. That's a 10/10. But the customer service? Basically nonexistent. That's a solid zero.

Placed my order mid-November and as of early December it's still bouncing around the shipping network. I spent a good amount of money, and when I reached out to customer service they basically said once it's out the door, there's nothing they can do. Really let down since I actually do like the quality of their oils.

The company claimed they delivered my package but they definitely didn't. My USPS tracking never showed a delivery confirmation either. I'm out eighty bucks and they won't help fix it. All customer service keeps saying is to wait a few more days, basically brushing me off. I'm going somewhere else next time.

This essential oil smells absolutely wonderful. I'm really into it! The fragrance is just so incredible!

Top tier quality across the board with their products.

I grabbed a couple bottles of essential oils back in late October and when I finally went to use them several months later they were mostly gone. Both had evaporated down to less than half of what was left. The caps were screwed on tight and they sat in a cool cupboard the whole time. There's no reason that should have happened. My roll-on blend with the same oils is holding up fine and actually seems to work pretty well for bruises and cuts.

The perfumes worked well and smelled pretty nice overall. I'd say go for the Eva Tsunaka bottle or the Wolfgang Akire bottle if you're interested. Just one weird thing though, why does it have that rotten smell to it?

Their perfumes are way too overpowering and smell absolutely nothing like what they say. I actually got sick from how strong they were and had to use mouthwash to get the smell off since regular soap didn't touch it. They also deleted my negative review from their site which feels sketchy. It's pretty obvious why their site only shows five star reviews.

I've had good experiences ordering from them before, but my December order was completely different. I've purchased Tobacco from them previously, but what showed up this time looked like old motor oil and was super thick and goopy. I had to peel off the protective cap just to spot any actual oil. When I contacted them about it they said some oils thicken naturally. So I took a photo of how thick it was and sent that over. Their response was that I'd need to ship the bottle back and they'd only refund me based on how much I'd already used. Problem is, when I first opened it only half the bottle had anything in it anyway, not counting the portion I poured out to show them. So returning the bottle made no sense. The final answer I got was no refund at all. I'm pretty frustrated with how they handled this and their lack of willingness to make it right. If you're new to oils you might not even realize something was wrong with what you got. Really disappointed.

I've been ordering from this company repeatedly and keep coming back for a reason. Their essential oils are always fresh and energetic with real punch. They ship really fast which is awesome, and the customer support is outstanding. They stand behind everything they sell. This place is my go-to for oils and I honestly trust them completely.

This is my fifth order since springtime and I'm really happy with every batch of oils. I'm super glad they offer free shipping. My packages have shown up right on schedule and the people there have been really helpful answering my questions. Thanks Edens Garden!

The oils themselves are solid, nothing that really stands out from what you'd get elsewhere. My main complaint is the shipping situation. Yeah, they say it's free, but taking a full month to arrive is rough. Free shipping shouldn't mean they're using the absolute slowest method available. That kind of delay really kills the motivation to place another order. A month between ordering and getting your package is just too long.
