Like everyone else, I absolutely hate the new formula. What were you thinking? Why would you change something that worked perfectly? Now I feel wrinkled, sweaty, and everything just looks off.

There are other brands out there that make products for all skin tones and don't skip around on their shade ranges. I'm going with those companies instead.

I'm taking my business to another department store's website from now on.

She had extensive knowledge about the products without being too pushy, which is refreshing compared to other sales people. We were really happy with our purchases and thrilled to get some complimentary samples too. We'd definitely like to come back and shop with you again.
