We just booked a trip to grand…

We just booked a trip to grand palladium Bávaro and it was easy. We booked the airport transfer which were on time and professional and nice vehicles. At the resort our rep Juan was exceptional and assisted to our great satisfaction with issues with the hotel room. We were extremely impressed and thankful. He did a great job to make our vacation perfect.

Excellent cstomer care

We had booked 2 rooms at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel on the Saturday of the May long weekend.The night before our arrival, my husband experienced a coronary emergency and was admitted to hospital.I called Expedia the morning of our reservation and explained the situation. Within 10 minutes, our Expedia customer care rep (Jazz) had secured a full refund for the rooms. The credits appeared on our credit card that same day. Customer Service with Expedia is Exceptional

The test of a travel service is not the ease with which a reservation can be made nor the price, the true test is how the company responds when a client has a problem. In my experience, Expedia.ca gets an A++In the past few years, I have made a number of accommodation bookings and flight arrangements through Expedia, including a Transatlantic flight yesterday. The booking process is easy and when finished, I am taken to a website with all the reservation details. In addition, Expedia.ca emails me confirmation with links to all the information I need and the ability to download or print a PDF of the details.What is more important is that on occasion because of unforeseen difficulties, I have had to cancel or adjust reservations. Expedia has always responded immediately and helped me deal with my issue quickly and efficiently.Recently, I have used other travel services who offered accommodations or flights at a slightly better rate. I learned my lesson when the companies made it difficult for me to cancel my reservations. Helpful Customer Service is the most critical function of a travel company or any other consumer business.From now on, I will rely on Expedia for my travel needs, even if I have to pay more.

Great Customer Service

Last month I booked a short trip to Victoria CA to visit family. When we arrived at the hotel it was nothing like what was advertised on the Expedia and hotel website. Disgusting and dank a previous hotel housing the homeless and renovated for unsuspecting tourists. I didn’t pay by credit card so I couldn’t dispute it. I was told Expedia might be able to assist in some sort of resolution and “Lolo” did just that. She worked on my behalf with the hotel to get the full amount refunded. She is a true professional and was very responsive and informative. Thank you Lolo and Expedia.

Very Positive Experience with Virtual Assistance

I actually had an incredibly positive experience with the virtual agent (Habiba) who was able to help cancel a booking for me during a very difficult time. They went above and beyond, walked me through every step, and things were completed within minutes. This was a much better experience than trying to call. I strongly recommend their online/virtual assistance.

Outstanding online customer service

I sincerely don't understand all the negative reviews... We booked an hotel through Expedia's app, everything is clear and user-friendly in the app. We had major problems with our flights and were unable to actually check in at the hotel. We had to cancel our whole vacation.We had a non-refundable reservation, we contacted the hotel through Expedia's app. They told us to deal with Expedia for cancellation and refund and that they would issue a refund (if possible) to Expedia.I was hesitant because this is the exact situation where things can complicate, with multiple parties involved, dealing with online travel agency, etc. We chatted with an actual agent online two times, the first time with no wait time, the second time with a 5-minute wait time, and both times the agent was able to contact the hotel, explain the situation, ask for an exception (keep in mind the booking was non-refundable) and issue a refund. On top of that, there is no additional fees so the refund is exactly the price we paid for initially.The whole process took less than 24 hours and I think Expedia really takes its travel agent role seriously and works for its customers. It's like dealing with an actual storefront travel agency. I highly recommend Expedia and their app, their customer service will actually answer you in a timely manner (through chat service on their website) and will actually work for you if there is a problem.
