You can return most items to Express within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as you have a valid receipt or proof of purchase. The items must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted, and please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
There are some exceptions: Clearance items, products with a price ending in .97, and face coverings cannot be returned. Also, items like fragrances or swimwear must be in their original condition.
For returns, online purchases can be sent back by mail or taken to any U.S. Express retail store, but not to an Express Factory Outlet. Items bought in a regular Express store must be returned to a store, not by mail or to an outlet. Likewise, any purchases from an Express Factory Outlet must be returned to an outlet store only.
