Had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond and the front desk associate was fantastic. She made sure my room was in perfect condition. Everything was incredibly clean, the bed was super comfortable, I slept better than I have in ages, and it was quiet too.

My kids and I have stayed at the Bessemer location multiple times. I want to give huge props to the site manager and her team. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for the residents has been outstanding.

Checked in today and had a really frustrating experience. The front desk associate was rude and spent the whole time sitting down with her arms crossed instead of actually helping guests. When I asked for a sink stopper to clean some grimy cabinets, she told me they don't have those and I shouldn't need one. The way she said it was harsh. The manager was in his office while this was happening. When I finally got someone to bring a stopper, it was clear the whole room needed attention. My daughter booked this for me while I'm getting medical treatment nearby and specifically chose a place with a kitchen. The room was dirty and broken and cost almost 500 dollars. I wanted to move to a nicer property but was told we'd have to pay another 90 dollar fee. This was really disappointing.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Broken elevator, dead rats in the stairwells, horrible smell throughout the hallways, and they bill you every single day for wifi access. Definitely avoid this place!

Pretty bad. I arrived just after midnight and they said since I didn't show up that same day I couldn't get a room, and they refused to refund me. The desk worker was really off-putting and the support line was based overseas so I couldn't understand anyone. You'd be way better off somewhere else.

Terrible experience. I arrived late and they refused to let me check in, claiming I missed the same-day deadline, and wouldn't give me my money back. The desk staff was creepy and the customer service rep was impossible to understand. There are plenty of better hotel options out there.

Really loved the downtown location! Being situated at the intersection meant we could easily hop on the bus and walk to some great spots along the river. Getting downtown was super easy. The rooms came with full kitchens and really spacious fridges which was fantastic. Everything was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and we felt very safe at night. The hallways had some musty odors and water damage issues when we first arrived, but fortunately our room itself smelled fine. Overall it was a great stay and we'd come back!

The one drawback was some water issues and musty hallway smells when we got there, but our room was fine. Despite that, it was a great experience overall and we'd stay there again!

Getting into the heart of the city was a breeze. The kitchens in the rooms were spacious with huge fridges, everything was spotless, and the bed was wonderfully comfy and clean. The front desk staff were so nice and always answered our questions. We felt completely secure at night. The only issue was some water damage and musty smells in the hallways when we first got there, though our room itself was fine. Overall a great stay in downtown Austin and we'd definitely come back!

Outstanding customer service and spotless rooms. This was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Booked a month-long stay and discovered they listed it as pet-friendly without mentioning the extra charges. They then added 28 dollars per day to my card without asking or telling me first. When I complained, the staff had no interest in working with me professionally. Instead they called police and falsely claimed I didn't pay the pet fee. What's worse, they made a point of mentioning my race when describing me to the officers. It was the most discriminatory treatment I've ever faced. The police arrived with the same biased attitude and wouldn't even give me reasonable time to collect my belongings before forcing me to leave immediately.

The new manager who started recently has already made a major positive difference. The property had an issue with guests smoking right at the entrance, treating it as their personal smoking area. He had the smoking station removed from the dumpster area today, which pushed the smokers to move further back from the entrance. About time management stepped in and fixed this issue. Really grateful!
