Terrible quality and awful customer service. You're dropping serious cash on their stuff but when something breaks, you get ignored. I own several pieces and one knitwear item completely came apart at the seam, which is clearly a manufacturing problem. I reported it in store but they wouldn't fix it because it was over two years old. They said it was outside their coverage period, which is crazy because Falconeri's own website says the warranty goes for three years. The staff were clearly clueless. I then went back and forth with their support team multiple times before they finally admitted the warranty is three years, only to then say the item was misused and refuse to repair it. How would they even know if it was misused? How does a 200 dollar sweater just develop a perfectly clean seam split from misuse? Feels like an excuse to dodge responsibility. I'm taking my money elsewhere and making sure people know what happened before they buy here.

Terrible service at this place. Got a sweater two months back and it didn't fit right so I sent it back. Like everyone else says, they keep telling me my refund is stuck in their system. A real company should be able to manage a simple return. I'm going to keep posting bad reviews until I get my cash back. I really like their clothes and have had great experiences shopping in person across Europe and in the New York area. But anytime I've ordered online, getting a refund has been absolutely painful. I've needed three refunds over the years and every single one has been slow and frustrating, with them blaming technical glitches each time. Getting my money back felt impossible. Got my black Friday purchase in and can't believe the quality. Ordered a crewneck in pure cashmere that I'd been eyeing. Regular price was over 500 bucks so at that sale price I grabbed it. When it showed up, the stitching around the neckline is just sloppy. Loose in places, crooked in others. Looks like something that's been worn and washed constantly for years. At least their return process is simple and they included a ready-to-use label. But come on, this isn't worth fifty bucks let alone what they normally charge. Really disappointing from a company selling sweaters at 600 dollars.

Reached out to customer service and got helped by someone named Lucia who gave me quick info and next steps. A couple days later, Lucia followed up explaining that the shipping company had lost the package. They paid me back right away and threw in a discount code for my next purchase as a goodwill gesture. I'll keep buying from them because of not just how great their products are, but also how responsive and thoughtful their team is.

Placed an order for three things. Got only one and they marked the whole order as delivered. Still charged me for all three items. Used their chat feature but it was pointless. Sent about a dozen emails with zero replies. Finally tracked down a phone number and called. They emailed me asking for the item numbers from the missing pieces. Their follow-up was that they have to send it over to their competent department. I was on hold for more than an hour. Might just have my credit card company sort this out as fraud. The products themselves are nice but this ordering experience has been a nightmare.

Despite me telling them my address over and over and getting them to confirm it, they entered it wrong. Then when I called to cancel, the company said no way. I only wore two of them once each, washed them the exact way their tag said to do it (cold, gentle wash), and both came out full of holes. Still not thrilled about doing business with them going forward though.

Submitted a review in early June and got a response from their customer care team about two weeks later saying they'd reach out privately. I gave them my reference number but nothing has come of it. They came back with technical language saying since we'd worn and washed the sweater, it can't be returned per their terms. They also mentioned other reviewers are still waiting for refunds from months back. The main thing we're asking for is the tax portion of what we couldn't claim because of their mistake. Even that's being denied. I have the reference number and multiple emails to back all of this up, but they won't budge.

Watch out for their misleading pricing. I bought something in their physical location but their website had a 25 percent off deal running. I paid full price. I reached out three different ways but got either radio silence or unhelpful responses. A luxury brand should respect their own pricing, period. I even offered to take a future gift card as a solution but they weren't interested in keeping my business. Their so-called membership club is basically just a scam to mark down already cheap items. I won't be going back to this place.
