Falconeri Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Falconeri
Falconeri receives highly polarized reviews, with shoppers either praising the quality and longevity of their cashmere pieces or expressing frustration with manufacturing defects and customer service. Those satisfied with purchases report that well-maintained cashmere items hold up excellently over years of wear, with elegant designs and extensive color options. However, the majority of reviews highlight serious concerns: customers report quality control issues including loose or crooked stitching, seams coming apart, and premature wear on expensive items. The most consistent complaint involves refund and return processes, with multiple shoppers describing refunds as stuck in the system for extended periods, slow processing times, and difficulty obtaining credits or exchanges even for defective merchandise.
Price point appears to be a significant factor in customer disappointment, as shoppers investing substantial amounts (including during sales) expect higher quality standards and responsive customer service. Several reviews mention that the brand's refusal to honor returns or provide support, especially for customers traveling from locations where the brand does not operate locally, has created lasting negative impressions. While some loyal customers attest to the durability of their pieces when properly cared for, the volume of complaints about both product quality and post-purchase support suggests systemic issues that have not been resolved.

Sorted by: Most recentTerrible quality and awful customer service. You're dropping serious cash on their stuff but when something breaks, you get ignored. I own several pieces and one knitwear item completely came apart at the seam, which is clearly a manufacturing problem. I reported it in store but they wouldn't fix it because it was over two years old. They said it was outside their coverage period, which is crazy because Falconeri's own website says the warranty goes for three years. The staff were clearly clueless. I then went back and forth with their support team multiple times before they finally admitted the warranty is three years, only to then say the item was misused and refuse to repair it. How would they even know if it was misused? How does a 200 dollar sweater just develop a perfectly clean seam split from misuse? Feels like an excuse to dodge responsibility. I'm taking my money elsewhere and making sure people know what happened before they buy here.
Terrible service at this place. Got a sweater two months back and it didn't fit right so I sent it back. Like everyone else says, they keep telling me my refund is stuck in their system. A real company should be able to manage a simple return. I'm going to keep posting bad reviews until I get my cash back. If anyone there reads this, please don't bother with some standard sorry message. Just confirm when my money is going back into my account.
I really like their clothes and have had great experiences shopping in person across Europe and in the New York area. But anytime I've ordered online, getting a refund has been absolutely painful. I've needed three refunds over the years and every single one has been slow and frustrating, with them blaming technical glitches each time. Getting my money back felt impossible. I've made the decision not to shop online with them anymore.
Got my black Friday purchase in and can't believe the quality. Ordered a crewneck in pure cashmere that I'd been eyeing. Regular price was over 500 bucks so at that sale price I grabbed it. When it showed up, the stitching around the neckline is just sloppy. Loose in places, crooked in others. Looks like something that's been worn and washed constantly for years. At least their return process is simple and they included a ready-to-use label. But come on, this isn't worth fifty bucks let alone what they normally charge. Really disappointing from a company selling sweaters at 600 dollars.
We picked up several cashmere pieces thinking we were getting quality, including a jacket. Not long after, three of the sweaters had problems. Since the brand doesn't operate where we live, we made a special trip back to the store to return them. Their answer was basically too bad. No refund, no credit toward something else, nothing. For a brand at this price point, I'd expect some kind of gesture when there are defects like that. We ended up throwing out three cashmere sweaters. Quality is really disappointing and their support is nonexistent. Won't be back.
Grabbed my first cashmere sweater from them about four years ago and it's still going strong. This coming winter will be year five for it. I've looked after it properly and the craftsmanship really shows through. It stays soft, holds its shape, and hasn't faded or worn out. Their designs are simple, elegant, and timeless with tons of color choices. Everything feels sophisticated and never looks dated. Even stacked against pricier brands, this sweater still turns heads. Found them originally while in Sardinia and was thrilled to locate a shop when I visited Prague later. It's a brand I genuinely like and tell people about.
Poor quality and zero support. Wore my cotton and silk pants one time, got caught in some rain, and the water spots wouldn't come out afterward. I washed it carefully and the spots stayed put. Turned out the fabric had stretched and now it looks stained. I can't wear it anymore. Their customer service response was basically that whatever happened occurred after they shipped it, so they won't cover it under warranty. I'm never buying from here again.
I'm not living in Italy but whenever I'm there visiting and spot a Falconeri shop, I make sure to go in. Their stuff is really well made and I've got pieces I bought three years ago that still look brand new. Honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews out there, but I absolutely stand by this brand and have told several of my friends about it.
Have been shopping with them for three years. My order got split recently and one item never came. Reached out to customer service and got helped by someone named Lucia who gave me quick info and next steps. A couple days later, Lucia followed up explaining that the shipping company had lost the package. They paid me back right away and threw in a discount code for my next purchase as a goodwill gesture. I'll keep buying from them because of not just how great their products are, but also how responsive and thoughtful their team is.
Placed an order for three things. Got only one and they marked the whole order as delivered. Still charged me for all three items. Used their chat feature but it was pointless. Sent about a dozen emails with zero replies. Finally tracked down a phone number and called. They emailed me asking for the item numbers from the missing pieces. Their follow-up was that they have to send it over to their competent department. I was on hold for more than an hour. Might just have my credit card company sort this out as fraud. The products themselves are nice but this ordering experience has been a nightmare.
