About Fleetfeet
Fleet Feet (formerly Jack Rabbit) is a specialty retailer focused on shoes and sports apparel for active shoppers. Customers seek out Fleet Feet promo codes to reduce costs on running shoes, athletic footwear, and sportswear that tend to be premium-priced. The store regularly offers percentage discounts, dollar-amount savings, and promotional codes that make purchases more affordable.
How to Use a Fleetfeet Promo Code
- Browse fleetfeet.com and add shoes or sports apparel items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and review your order subtotal and any applicable taxes.
- Look for a promo code field (typically labeled Code, Coupon, or Discount Code) and enter your chosen code before completing payment.
- Verify that the discount has been applied to your order total and that the final price reflects your savings.
- Complete your payment and confirm your order confirmation shows the reduced amount.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have an expiration date or may only apply to specific product categories, so check the offer details before applying.
- Some codes require a minimum purchase amount, so verify your cart total meets any stated threshold.
- The code might exclude certain brands or sale items, so review the restrictions listed with the offer.
- Ensure you entered the code exactly as shown, including uppercase letters and numbers, with no extra spaces.
- If the code still does not work, your browser cache may be storing outdated information; try clearing it or using an incognito window.
- Contact Fleet Feet customer service to confirm the code is currently active and applicable to your specific items.
Fleetfeet Savings Hacks
Check the sale section first, then apply a percentage-based promo code to already-discounted shoes and apparel for cumulative savings.
If a free shipping offer is available, use it when buying multiple pairs or a mix of shoes and sports apparel to maximize value.
New customers should look for welcome offers or first purchase codes before making their initial Fleet Feet order.
Athletic retailers often discount inventory at season changes; timing your purchase around those sales windows can yield deeper savings than year-round codes.
Fleetfeet Shipping Policy
Fleet Feet typically offers shipping options including standard and expedited delivery. Shoppers should review the store's shipping policy at checkout for carrier information, delivery timeframes, and any applicable fees. Some promotions may include free shipping offers, so check the terms before applying a code.
Fleetfeet Returns & Refund Policy
Most specialty athletic retailers accept returns within a reasonable window for unworn items in original condition. Shoppers should verify Fleet Feet's specific return timeline, whether return shipping is free or charged, and any conditions around used or worn shoes before making a purchase. Reviewing customer feedback can provide insight into the store's return process reliability.

Fleetfeet Reviews
Fleetfeet has a deeply divided customer base. Shoppers who praise the store consistently highlight exceptional in-store service, particularly personalized fitting assistance and knowledgeable staff who listen to customer needs without high-pressure sales tactics. Several reviewers mention positive experiences with customer service representatives and note features like Volumental scanning technology. However, a significant portion of negative reviews cite serious operational issues: order cancellations without proper communication when items go out of stock, aggressive sales tactics that drive customers away, and poor inventory management. Some shoppers report leaving to make purchases elsewhere after negative experiences.
The store operates multiple locations and receives mixed feedback on whether their personalized approach enhances or detracts from the shopping experience. While strong customer service interactions have earned five-star ratings, operational failures like inadequate stock checking and inventory communication problems create frustration. The polarized rating distribution suggests shoppers either have notably positive experiences with individual staff members or encounter significant business process failures.
Went in just wanting to buy shoes but the salesperson kept trying with the hard sell. Asking about my name, what kind of socks I wear, all these extra questions when I was just there for shoes. Wasn't interested in the whole pitch. Ended up leaving and buying the same shoes on Amazon instead.
I was hesitant ordering shoes online from this site based on what I'd read, but I was really impressed. I needed to change my shipping address at the last minute and called customer service. A rep named Lisa helped right away and got it sorted. Definitely ordering from Fleet Feet again!
This deserves zero stars if I could give it. I ordered shoes and they cancelled my order a few days later without even telling me because they didn't have them in stock. How hard is it to check inventory before letting people buy something? Terrible job. Customer service was awful.
Our visit to the Fleet Feet location in Northville was excellent. A representative named Miriam took real care fitting my husband with slides and running shoes. The personalized service made all the difference. We really appreciated how hands-on she was with helping us find exactly what we needed.
Highly recommend Fleet Feet in Strongsville, Ohio if you're shopping for running shoes. Had an associate named Isaac help me and he was knowledgeable, real patient, didn't pressure me at all, and listened to what I actually wanted. Seemed like a genuinely good person. They ran me through a Volumental scan which was pretty cool and showed me several shoes in my price range and style.
Can't say enough good things about Fleet Feet in Strongsville, Ohio. The guy helping me, Isaac, was really knowledgeable and super patient without being pushy. He actually listened to what I needed. Did this cool Volumental scan and showed me several options that fit my style and budget. Felt like he genuinely cared about finding the right shoe for me.
The associate spent plenty of time helping me pick out a pair of Brooks Ghost shoes and they were comfortable at first. But after about six months, the heel support deteriorated and started rubbing my achilles causing pain. For $220, I expected these to last longer. Their warranty is only two months so I'm out of luck. They offered 10% off my next purchase but that doesn't help me now. I'll stick with other brands like Rockport or Dunhams that hold up better for the price.
Bought a pair of insoles and the staff member said he was new, though I don't think that was the main issue. First pair wasn't right for me. The second pair, the RUN dynamic cushion with high arch support, felt good since I have plantar fasciitis. They were $55 which is way more than what I usually spend on Dr. Scholl's inserts. The problem is the warranty is only two months. I thought they were working great around week six so I threw away the box with my receipt. Big mistake on my part. A week past the two month deadline my plantar fasciitis flared up again. I found my receipt but it's clearly past the deadline now so I'm stuck. For $55, I think insoles should last longer than two months. Lesson learned - keeping my receipt from now on.
Had a terrible experience at the Columbus location. The manager was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I just wanted to buy Brooks Ghost shoes but he pushed me into getting a foot scan when I said no. Then he wouldn't stop trying to sell me socks and insoles even after I declined multiple times. He kept touching my knee and I had to move away twice. He tried making conversation about my dog from a photo on my phone when I clearly wasn't interested. What should have been a quick ten minute shopping trip turned into a forty minute ordeal of being pressured and physically made to feel uncomfortable. This manager's behavior was inappropriate and the store should hold their employees accountable.
Bought expensive shoes from the store on a specific date and they broke before three months passed. Went back to complain and was told there's no guarantee because their warranty only covers two months. My purchase was already past the two month mark by about three weeks. I'm really upset about the shoe quality and they wouldn't help. Won't be shopping at this store again.
Had an incredible experience at the Fleet Feet location on Wade Ave in Raleigh. The staff member who helped me was phenomenal - patient, super friendly, and knew everything about shoes. Seriously impressed with the level of expertise. Highly recommend visiting this store!
Something feels off about this company. I've read tons of reviews from people saying they advertise deals and then cancel orders out of nowhere. Not sure what the deal is, but it seems sketchy. Data harvesting maybe? Either way, I'm staying away and won't be ordering from them again.
Really disappointed with my experience. I ordered three pairs of shoes online and was looking forward to getting them, but a week later there was no shipping info. When I reached out asking about my order, they said they had inventory problems and couldn't fulfill it. They just canceled without even asking if I wanted to wait. Meanwhile, the prices went up everywhere else. Not happy with how this was handled.
My first visit to FleetFeet was fantastic because of the staff. There's an employee named Ally working at the Columbus store who gave me an amazing greeting and was so welcoming. Got myself some NB shoes and some thin insoles. When I came back another time, she was there again and I was thrilled. She has solid knowledge about products and really helped me out. Turned out she's actually the manager which makes sense given how good she is at her job. Everyone on the team does well but Ally really made my first experience memorable. That first impression matters!
First time shopping at FleetFeet was amazing thanks to an employee named Ally at the Columbus location. She greeted me warmly and really knew her stuff about what I was looking for. Got a pair of NB shoes and some thin insoles. Turns out she's the manager which explains why she's so great at what she does. All the team members are helpful but Ally stood out from day one. Definitely coming back!
