So, are these products actually good or bad? I have to say I really enjoy how the 12-in-1 leave-in conditioner smells. It's delicious and my hair feels amazing when I use it. I'm just a little hesitant because I know some people leave mean reviews to try to hurt companies. Thanks anyway, I think I'm going to go for it and see how things turn out.

I've placed three separate orders with FoxyBae and every single time things went smoothly. All my items arrived complete and nothing showed up damaged. I ended up selling the FoxyBae curler on Facebook for less than I paid. In the end, I wasted four months dealing with this and actually lost money in the process.

This was such a disappointing experience with both the company and the products themselves. I wish I'd done more research before placing my order for two leave-in conditioners and a heat protector spray. The leave-in conditioner turned out to be absolutely terrible for my hair. Then I reached out about returning the products since their site says you have to contact them first before starting a return. I'm betting they'll wait until my 30-day window closes and then tell me it's too late. This company is pretty typical of the worst kind of online retailers. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Seriously.

The bristles on my brush actually melted off and it singed some of my hair too. When I contacted the company about this problem, they refused to replace it or issue a refund unless I had the original receipt on hand. I provided pictures and video proof of the damage. I don't keep every receipt from every purchase. This is clearly a manufacturing defect that poses a serious fire hazard and should automatically qualify for replacement or refund without all these hoops.

I bought the FoxyBae round brush mini hair dryer in rose gold and I'm really disappointed. The bristles fall out every time I use it and they bend easily. Plus the rose gold metal on the handle gets extremely hot. It's so hot that I can't hold the dryer for more than a minute or two before I have to shut it off and let it cool down. This makes it take forever to dry your hair since you have to keep stopping. It makes me wonder if anyone at the company has actually tested this thing. I noticed the problems the very first time I used it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this dryer.

Meanwhile, when I was spending all that money on these overpriced products, they couldn't have been nicer. I kept everything in its original box in a dry closet, so this wasn't user error on my part. The support representative refused to help, claiming I was outside the warranty window without even checking when I made the purchase. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars and was treated horribly on the phone. These products are a legitimate safety hazard. I'm canceling that blow dryer order too. I wanted everything to match, but not at the risk of burning down my house or getting seriously hurt.

At that point I had to contact my bank and let them handle it. FoxyBae keeps saying they have proof it was delivered, but I never received anything. My bank is now investigating this whole situation. If they pulled this on me, they're probably doing it to other customers too. I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I absolutely love FoxyBae and all their products! I own three different styling tools from them and every single one works great. My straightener leaves my hair incredibly soft and smooth. The 32mm curling wand gives me beautiful curls without any frizz whatsoever. I also have their 25mm curling wand which is equally fantastic. On top of these amazing styling tools, their hair care line is wonderful too. I use their heat shield protectant whenever I'm using my styling tools and it really makes a difference.
