So, are these products actually good or bad? I have to say I really enjoy how the 12-in-1 leave-in conditioner smells. It's delicious and my hair feels amazing when I use it. I'm just a little hesitant because I know some people leave mean reviews to try to hurt companies. Thanks anyway, I think I'm going to go for it and see how things turn out.

I've placed three separate orders with FoxyBae and every single time things went smoothly. All my items arrived complete and nothing showed up damaged. I stick to their hair care and styling products, and honestly I own pretty much everything they make at this point. Their products make my hair feel wonderful and smell great too.

Got the wireless curler from FoxyBae and it's working well for me so far. Here's the thing though: you really do get what you pay for. For the price I paid, I'm happy with this product and it does the job fine. I've got really thick hair down past my shoulders so I'm dealing with a lot of hair to work with, and this handles it alright.

I bought the mini tool kit but it just wasn't right for my short hair type. I reached out to the company to explain and they immediately refunded my money without any hassle. Their customer service was seriously quick and helpful. Definitely planning to order from them again in the future.

This whole experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. I ordered the wireless curler and when it showed up, the buttons were stuck and wouldn't work at all. Customer support asked for photos and promised to send me a replacement unit. I sent the pictures they requested. Then they asked for a video, which my email wouldn't even process properly because of file size issues. Next thing I know, they're demanding I cut the power cord in half and send them that photo. I complied even though I pointed out the cord itself wasn't the problem. Three months went by before they finally issued a refund, but they sent it back to a bank account I no longer had access to due to fraud concerns. It took another month of back and forth emails just to convince them the account was closed and couldn't receive funds. By month four, a box finally arrived with the wireless curler, but by then I'd already bought something similar from another company. I ended up selling the FoxyBae curler on Facebook for less than I paid. In the end, I wasted four months dealing with this and actually lost money in the process.

This was such a disappointing experience with both the company and the products themselves. I wish I'd done more research before placing my order for two leave-in conditioners and a heat protector spray. The leave-in conditioner turned out to be absolutely terrible for my hair. I'd even emailed them with a question beforehand, but never got a response, which should have been my red flag right there. They sent me a promotional code for 60% off, but it didn't work when I tried to use it. Despite that issue, I went ahead and ordered anyway. I paid extra for expedited shipping, yet my items took five days to arrive. I sent another email asking for a refund on that shipping charge. Still nothing. Then I reached out about returning the products since their site says you have to contact them first before starting a return. I'm betting they'll wait until my 30-day window closes and then tell me it's too late. This company is pretty typical of the worst kind of online retailers. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Seriously.

The bristles on my brush actually melted off and it singed some of my hair too. When I contacted the company about this problem, they refused to replace it or issue a refund unless I had the original receipt on hand. I provided pictures and video proof of the damage. I don't keep every receipt from every purchase. This is clearly a manufacturing defect that poses a serious fire hazard and should automatically qualify for replacement or refund without all these hoops.

I bought the FoxyBae round brush mini hair dryer in rose gold and I'm really disappointed. The bristles fall out every time I use it and they bend easily. Plus the rose gold metal on the handle gets extremely hot. It's so hot that I can't hold the dryer for more than a minute or two before I have to shut it off and let it cool down. This makes it take forever to dry your hair since you have to keep stopping. It makes me wonder if anyone at the company has actually tested this thing. I noticed the problems the very first time I used it. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this dryer.

This company is the worst I've dealt with. They won't respond to any emails or complaints. I placed an order three weeks ago and received only one of the three items I ordered. When I followed up, they told me everything was delivered. That's completely false. Don't bother ordering from them. It's just a waste of your money and time.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. They messed up my order and then refused to fix the problem. Don't waste your time or money with them.
