Tried placing an order today and ran into an issue with a discount code not working on their website. I called customer service but got an automated message saying they were slammed and to try back later, then the line disconnected. When I tried again, I was informed they stop taking calls at 5 o'clock and couldn't assist. I was ready to spend a significant amount but they've lost this purchase because of how poorly they handled my situation.

What I appreciate about this retailer is that they stock items you won't find just anywhere. They also back up what they sell and get orders shipped out quickly.

The cashmere pieces are stunning and the designs are really distinctive. That said, I wish they offered more simple, timeless cashmere options. My job is pretty formal and most of what they carry doesn't work in that setting. I absolutely wear their cashmere when I'm at home, doing casual stuff, or going out for fun though.

These pajamas are really nice and the XL size fits me just right, especially the pants which are the ideal length for someone my height at 5'10". The material is a bit lighter than some of their earlier cotton pieces I've owned, but it's still comfortable and cozy. Shipping was quick too.

This mat sits on my kitchen floor, looks fantastic, and it's simple to keep clean. I do wish it was a bit larger though. The next size up would be too big for the space. I'm thinking about grabbing another for my covered porch when the weather warms up.
