The product wasn't right for me, so I reached out to customer service by phone and email to see if I was using it incorrectly. I really wanted it to work out. The first rep I spoke with couldn't help much and said someone more knowledgeable would get back to me. When I didn't hear anything in a reasonable timeframe, I called again and asked to speak with a manager. They said they'd pass along a message. The next day I called back and reached someone who might have been a manager. She actually fixed things for me in the end, but the whole process was incredibly annoying.

Spent ninety-six dollars total, so it's not breaking the bank, but it's about principle when they tell you your package got lost after you've already filed a claim.

Steer clear of their travel hair dryer. Got one back in March and there was this weird odor when I used it. The owner said that's normal for new stuff and to give it time. Well, after two months it still smelled terrible. Their office told me to send it back and offered to ship me the larger model while waiting. I already have that bulky one and just wanted a refund instead. Nope, they won't refund even though their product doesn't work. Better to save your money. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau hoping that'll get me my cash back.

We have to give props to Nebi at this company. My daughter and I both have thick Asian hair and we're fans because Nebi takes real time with every detail of the cut and styling. She gives honest feedback about what'll actually look good on you. Definitely five stars for her work.

Their products are solid and I'm a believer in what the CEO Kayla is doing. They really make an effort to fix things when something goes wrong. I've been purchasing from them for three years straight and that's not changing. No other styling tools for me.

Skip these products. After a year, the heating element tips snapped off my brush and they're refusing to repair or replace it despite the lifetime warranty. They're calling it normal wear and tear, but even their own customer service person admitted the exact same thing happened to her brush, which clearly shows it's a manufacturing defect. Don't expect them to honor that warranty. I could've grabbed a basic straightener from a big box store for twenty bucks and just replaced it.
