This will be my final purchase from Johnny Was. I've ordered from them repeatedly over the past year hoping things would improve, but I feel deceived. Their online photos look great, but the actual merchandise quality is nowhere near what's advertised. I ordered a blouse supposedly made of 100% silk, but after decades of owning quality clothing, I can tell this is not real silk. It's rough, doesn't drape nicely, and feels completely different from actual silk garments. The materials don't match what's described on their website. There are plenty of other brands worth the premium prices they charge. This company isn't one of them anymore.

I can't recommend buying online from them because I received a defective top and they won't replace or refund it. Your attempt to manage this brand has failed spectacularly. You need to get your act together.

Even worse, you're now opening physical locations that are just as bad as the online experience, which has been an absolute failure. You take orders, send confirmations, then cancel them without telling customers. It becomes the customer's job to figure out what happened and it's confusing. You've wasted the one thing I absolutely can't stand, and that's my time. The way you've handled things shows you have no business running a brand like Johnny Was. Sort yourself out.

When I asked about adjusting the price on something I bought, they told me to return the items and then I'd have to get fully recharged before getting the difference back. Bought what looked like a beautiful white top with blue embroidery. The fabric felt cheap and thin right away. I wore it once, spilled coffee on it, and washed it carefully on a gentle cycle in cold water, then hung it to dry. The material around one of the buttons started falling apart.
