I'd been scrolling through their posts for a long time admiring the beautiful outfits they showed, so I finally decided to order. I picked out two blouses that looked amazing in their photos. When they came in, I was really let down. The actual blouses didn't look anything like what was pictured and the fabric quality was terrible. I'm done with Rotita and won't be buying from them again. Just be aware that what you see in their pictures is not what's going to show up at your door.

The quality wasn't great and sizing was off, but getting help with a return was basically impossible. I grabbed their app thinking communication would be better. Got a return label through the app and paid for shipping, but couldn't actually send it back because Australia Post won't accept their return address info from the UK or the two US addresses listed (they were incomplete). Sent a bunch of emails and used their chat feature but got nothing back. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered items multiple times and never got them. When I complained, they refused to send replacements because their tracking info (which barely shows anything) claimed delivery happened. One shipment supposedly arrived in Kentucky even though I'm in Washington. Their support team wasn't helpful at all. I requested a refund but they kept saying they'd put credit on my account instead. I asked why they couldn't just refund me if they were willing to do that, but they didn't answer. They wouldn't give me proof of delivery and kept telling me to check with the post office, so I went twice. The items didn't even ship until three weeks later when I asked for a refund. It took two months of waiting for responses just to get a store credit I'll never use. Really disappointed with how they handled this.

Total rip-off artists and email spammers. They try to copy legitimate brand names for their clothing business and blast people with unwanted emails. Stay away from this outfit.

Started getting constant spam emails from them without asking for it. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times but they won't stop flooding my inbox with junk mail. These people are sketchy.
