I'm extremely disappointed right now. I was a VIP subscriber for almost twelve years without any problems, but now I'm dealing with something huge. I sent back some items back in November and I still haven't gotten my refund. At this point it feels like they're deliberately keeping my money. I thought about keeping the stuff since they're ignoring me, but I'm not sure what they did with the returned items. No matter how many times I call or how frustrated I sound, they just won't answer my concerns.

This company keeps taking $50 from my card every month as part of their rewards program supposedly. When I try to stop the charges, there's no way to reach them by phone, chat, or online. They list a phone number that doesn't even work anymore. The customer service page is useless for dealing with this. Is anyone going to hold them accountable for this?

This is a scam operation. I bought boots two years ago and then stopped using the service. Out of nowhere they charged me. I've reported them to my bank as fraudulent. How do they justify taking money from my account years after I quit? This is theft. Give me my refund immediately. I'm going to tell everyone on social media what happened. This company is criminals stealing from people.

Really frustrated with how this company has treated me. I ended my membership back in 2023, but then got charged $50 without warning. I asked for my money back right away but heard nothing for over a day. When someone finally got back to me, they didn't actually address what I was asking about and the refund still wasn't happening. I reached out again and it took four more days to get a response, even though I kept trying to get this fixed. I can't tell anyone to sign up for this because the way they handle customer issues is just not acceptable.
