This is a scam operation. I bought boots two years ago and then stopped using the service. Out of nowhere they charged me. I've reported them to my bank as fraudulent. How do they justify taking money from my account years after I quit? This is theft. Give me my refund immediately. I'm going to tell everyone on social media what happened. This company is criminals stealing from people.
