I'm extremely disappointed right now. I was a VIP subscriber for almost twelve years without any problems, but now I'm dealing with something huge. I sent back some items back in November and I still haven't gotten my refund. At this point it feels like they're deliberately keeping my money. I thought about keeping the stuff since they're ignoring me, but I'm not sure what they did with the returned items. This is a scam operation. I bought boots two years ago and then stopped using the service. Out of nowhere they charged me. I've reported them to my bank as fraudulent. How do they justify taking money from my account years after I quit? This is theft. Give me my refund immediately. I'm going to tell everyone on social media what happened. This company is criminals stealing from people.
