Bought a sweater for $158 and wore it for just 6 hours before it started pilling everywhere. Customer service said that since it's cotton, I'd need to dry clean it. Who wants to spend even more money fixing a pilled sweater? This was a total waste of money.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought what seemed like a nice dress but received the wrong item that was really unflattering. When I sent it back following their instructions, they refused to credit my account. Won't buy from them ever again and I'm disputing this through my credit card company. Be careful shopping here.

Placed my first order with them for a pair of shoes in size 7.5 and they're way too small. Called to ask about an exchange or return and was told it's final sale. I'm blown away that they won't even exchange for a different size. This is terrible customer service. Will never shop with them again.

Excellent experience with their customer service team. I ordered two pairs of shoes and one arrived in the wrong color. Called them up and spoke with Andrew, who's a manager there. He sent me an email immediately after our call with instructions. The replacement pair shipped out the very next morning. Definitely ordering from them again.

Sent back an item because it didn't fit. They claimed it came damaged from shipping and refused to accept the return. They told me I'd have to pay for a label just to send back my $140 dress. If I don't pay for that label, they keep my item and my money. That's fraud. Never shopping there again.

Really disappointing experience. Should have checked the reviews before ordering. Got four items and every single one is going back. The fabric quality was terrible. The pants felt scratchy and the dress was so thin and cheap. Can't believe a company like this is still operating. Skip them.

Terrible company with even worse customer support. My order arrived damaged. I had to jump through hoops taking photos and calling six times over five days just to get a return label. Then they told me they had no replacements available, even though the customer service rep I finally reached said they had plenty in stock. Really ruined the holiday season for me.

I do like their clothing, but the petite section is pretty limited. The colors and styles available for petites are way less than what they offer in regular sizes. Plus, almost everything requires dry cleaning only, which is pretty ironic given how much they tout their environmental initiatives. Dry cleaning isn't exactly eco-friendly. Their jewelry selection is disappointing too.

Their clothing selection is incredibly boring and generic. Out of their entire catalog, there's maybe one piece that catches my eye. Everything else is just painfully dull and uninspired. It's hard to understand how they've been in business this long with such a pathetic range of items. In ten years I've only bought five things from them. Year after year it's the same monotonous styles. Please stop sending me catalogs.

Heads up to anyone shopping here: there's a fake website called karenkanes.com with an extra 's' that looks like the real deal. Make absolutely sure you're ordering from karenkane.com and not the imposter site.

Ordered two jackets on a Friday evening and paid extra for overnight shipping. I had an important court appointment on Tuesday with a family member and needed the jackets urgently. When I finally reached someone on Monday, they told me it wouldn't ship until Monday and wouldn't arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. I asked for a refund on the $50 overnight shipping fee and they refused. If they're not going to honor overnight shipping, they shouldn't be charging that much for it. Won't be ordering from them again.

Bought a twist knot sweatshirt on sale for $20 and it's garbage quality. The tag said the regular price was $118, which is wild. This looks like something you'd find at Walmart. It's getting donated.

My one and only order with them. Paid $22 just for the chance to try on this unflattering wrap dress. When I returned it, I got charged shipping both ways plus tax. That's it for Karen Kane for me.

Horrible customer service. I bought items marked as final sale, got them home, and they just didn't fit or look good on me. Called to speak with a supervisor named Alex and asked if I could at least exchange for a bigger size. He said no, they don't do exchanges on final sales. They also don't call you back when they say they will. Very disappointed and won't recommend them to anyone.

Awful customer service. Don't waste your money on their products.
