Reached out to Koio multiple times and they kept telling me to call the post office instead. I paid for their protection package specifically so they should be taking charge here. Asked them to file a claim so we can move past this whether that means the right shoes or my money back. Right now I'm not confident in them and waiting to see if they'll actually make this right. Just giving you the heads up for now.
