Called the company about an order for 2 bras I placed in October. Their response said the order was automatically canceled because I didn't confirm a new delivery date via email. But here's the thing: I never received that email notification in the first place. They claim to keep customers informed through various channels, but clearly the message never reached me. Now my order is gone and I have to start over.

When I got to the registers, both staff members were helping other customers. One of them said she needed to restock and just walked away, leaving me waiting. I was starting to get annoyed when April appeared from the front of the store and offered to help me check out. She was warm, genuinely interested in my purchases, and completely professional. Most customers don't have great things to say about the staff there, so April was a total breath of fresh air. She turned my whole experience around and definitely deserves recognition for it.
