Really let down by how the rewards program works. I've spent quite a bit shopping with them and ran into two separate issues. First order had a promotional gift listed in my rewards that never actually made it into the box when I received it. The second problem was worse though. I placed an order during my birthday month but the birthday discount didn't show up until a week after I'd already gotten my package, and by then my birthday period was completely over. The discount expired days later, making it useless to me. I didn't get any emails about it either, only saw it in my account after the fact. I'm not chasing after small freebies, but when a company advertises rewards like this, they should actually deliver them properly. It feels like customers have to constantly log back in and check if discounts are working, since you can't trust they'll apply correctly. That's not how you earn customer loyalty. My advice to others is to always verify discounts are actually working before completing checkout, don't assume the system will get it right.

Worst return policy I've encountered shopping online. I placed my first order with them and the package went to the wrong address, taking a month to arrive. When it finally showed up, I tried everything on and two items didn't fit. Since I'd bought two pieces on sale and two at full price, I asked about exchanging the full-price items for different sizes. Customer service flat out said no because a sale code was applied to my entire order, so nothing could be exchanged or refunded according to their policy. I explained that the items I wanted to exchange weren't actually discounted and it made no sense to block an exchange on full-price merchandise, but they refused to help at all. Their return policy really only works if you can apply discount codes to individual items, which you can't.

I'm a regular customer because of their excellent customer service, great selection of sizes and styles, and consistently good quality materials.
