I've been their customer for over ten years, buying only their jeans, but I'm thinking it's time to find another brand with a local store. I've got a gift card I've been trying to use for three months now. They keep canceling sale orders even though their website says they have multiple units in stock, so you end up with scattered purchases and leftover card balance. Their quality and sizing are inconsistent lately. Processing returns takes forever and refunds move slowly. When I asked about combining returns, they lost items. They sent back one thing and misplaced the rest. To return everything, they want you to buy multiple return labels at eight dollars each because their system won't consolidate them. I have several orders just trying to burn through gift cards, and the constant cancellations make me refuse to pay for all those shipping labels. Some staff are nice but others are rude and blame you for lost packages even when you packed everything correctly with all necessary details. They refunded me for one item...

Ordered pants in my correct size, 32 by 31. They asked me for photos as proof of the size. Then they tried to tell me the sizing was right, even though the correct designation should be 31x32, not what they sent. They just want me to return everything and waste my time and money with zero compensation or discounts down the line.

Never ordering again. I purchased the wrong size and tried cancelling just two hours after placing the order. Customer service said their system won't allow cancellations. Won't be back.

Would rate this zero stars if the option existed. I bought something and realized mid-checkout the delivery address was wrong. I phoned right away, within two minutes, wanting to fix the shipping address or cancel everything to start over. They said they couldn't do anything once an order went through. I asked for a supervisor. They promised someone would call back since supervisors were busy. I never got that call. Now I'll have to dispute it as undelivered. That's a terrible way to run a business. Won't ever shop there again.

Purchased an extra small sweater from a department store final sale section. Following one careful hand wash, the sweater pilled extensively. Their customer service response was terrible. Instead of supporting their product, they suggested disputing the charge rather than helping. The parent company that owns them also couldn't help. It's frustrating because my husband has Levi's that lasted two years with a tear and got replaced immediately. I'm done shopping this brand.

The company sent it via a different carrier, so it couldn't be delivered. It went back and took two weeks plus another call to get my money back. On that call I asked again about fixing my address. Same response: customer service can't help, go change it online yourself. Except there's currently zero way to update anything online, not my address, email, or any info. Why did their system let me use two address lines initially if I could only have one? This is ridiculous.

Shop in their stores instead of ordering online. I bought one bracelet and two necklaces on their website. My bracelet got randomly cancelled without warning, claiming it was out of stock, but it's still showing as available for purchase a month later. Plus only one necklace showed up. It took four weeks to arrive, and now the second necklace has no tracking information. Every time I call about the missing necklace, they keep repeating the same speech about the bracelet being discontinued. This is incredibly frustrating and I won't order from them online anymore.

The pants themselves are okay, but the ordering process is a nightmare. When you use ApplePay, they don't ask for a delivery address during checkout and just assume you want it sent to your billing address. You don't find out about this until you get to the order confirmation page. Your order's already headed somewhere and nobody told you. When I called to fix the shipping address, they said they couldn't change it. I asked for a supervisor and got the same response, except they claimed they actually did change it. Spoiler alert: they didn't.

Ordered over four hundred dollars worth of merchandise with five items total. Got my shipment missing five items worth around one hundred sixty dollars. Spent two Saturday mornings trying to get this resolved. They said they'd only issue a refund once the package was back at their warehouse. Now they're asking for a police report. I'm disputing it with my credit card company and will never shop with this company again.

This is unacceptable. I ordered two pairs of jeans at 50 percent off but received just one pair and a t-shirt that wasn't on my order. When I called to complain, they told me to return the shirt and repurchase the jeans without the discount. They wouldn't fix the mistake. Stay away from this company.

Absolutely terrible. I bought two pairs of jeans at half off and only got one pair plus a random t-shirt I never asked for. This shirt is total garbage. Can't believe stores carry this stuff. One time wearing it and it was falling apart with holes popping up. Thought the fabric was literally decomposing. Tossed it straight in the trash. Never buying Lucky Brand again.

Absolutely awful shirt. I'm shocked that this brand is even sold at discount retailers. Within hours of wearing it once, tiny holes started showing up everywhere. The whole thing seemed like it was falling apart on me! Had to throw it away immediately. Seriously, stay away from Lucky Brand products.

Messed up and put in the wrong address, then called within thirty seconds to correct it. They refused to help. They basically took my money and made me ship it to the wrong location, saying I'd have to report it as undelivered before getting a refund or having it sent to the right place. I'm furious. This makes no sense. Buy somewhere else if you possibly can.
