This website is basically running a scam operation. The merchandise is low quality and arrives in terrible shape. I got pants with missing button holes. Returns are a nightmare. They try to push vouchers instead of actual refunds, and if you do return something you pay your own shipping. They want it sent back to Canada which costs a fortune. This whole thing is a rip-off and it's hard to understand why they're still operating. Save yourself and shop elsewhere.

The store staff has always been nice to me. About a month back I grabbed the Shambhala lined leggings. They fit great but the material quality is really disappointing. After wearing them just once, the fabric started pilling. Now you can barely tell the difference between the inside and outside because there's so much pilling. For the price, I'd expect way better than this.

Not really a critique of the store itself, but I grabbed some Levi's 505 jeans here and within three weeks the hem started falling apart on the pant legs. Levi's used to be a brand you could count on but their quality has really gone downhill, and they still charge like it's top tier. The company won't do anything about it under warranty. I'm done with that brand and will look elsewhere going forward.

I've got two experiences to share here. Going into the physical store is usually great. Love the product selection and the staff is friendly and helpful, so that's definitely a 4.5 for me. The issue comes when something goes wrong with an online order. I purchased something on April 28th and it got sent back to the warehouse because of an error on their end. Nobody bothered to call or email me about it. When I checked tracking, it said returned to sender. I called customer service and the automated system said it was on the way, which made no sense. When I finally got a real person, they said to wait for an email and reimbursement. I asked if they could just fix it and resend but got a no. Could I go to a physical store to get either the item or my money back? Another no. So I had to just wait. Here we are almost a month later and I haven't gotten an email or my reimbursement. Called again and was told the warehouse has 30 days from when they got the package back. That's unreasonable. I didn't see any of this explained on their site.

The 100 day boot return limit is unreasonable. Bought a pair late last winter and only wore them maybe five times. This winter I've worn them another five times and they're already coming apart. Since I'm definitely past a hundred days now, I can't return them even though they clearly have a major defect.

Walked into the mall location and stood at the counter waiting. Two employees were having a chat and didn't bother stopping to help me for a couple minutes. When one finally acknowledged me, she just said 'not anymore' as I was leaving. Where did customer service go? If the store doesn't want my business, that's fine by me. Plenty of other places happy to take my money.
