Mine has been sitting in processing for four business days even though they already charged my card. Their customer service is outsourced, meaning many reps aren't native English speakers and you can't get a U.S. representative. They just read from a script and repeat what's already visible in your account status. They kept reassuring me about their 24 to 48 hour shipping window plus 3 to 8 days for ground delivery, but they're already behind schedule. This customer service is absolutely useless. I called twice in two days and only after pushing really hard did I finally reach a domestic supervisor who also confirmed the order is still at the warehouse with no clear shipment date. After ordering on a Tuesday night, by Friday afternoon I still had nothing. Now I'm looking at possibly waiting until the following Friday for my 165 dollars worth of pants, and that's if everything goes smoothly.

The Mattoon location deserves zero stars! I normally shop at the Effingham store where the staff is really outstanding. I visited the Mattoon location recently and had a completely different experience. I picked out some items to try on but nobody offered to help me with a fitting room or even acknowledged me. The store was basically empty with three staff members but they all acted like I wasn't even there. I won't return to that Mattoon store ever again. I've never come across such unfriendly employees!
I opened a credit card account with them and paid off my full balance in one payment. They claimed there was a stop payment which isn't true. I thought everything was settled. Wrong! They never actually processed my payment and now they're charging me double what I owe. Stay away from their Comenity Bank card and definitely don't use their financial services. The interest rates are outrageous and on top of that they're overcharging customers. They keep saying things are in their system but nothing shows up on my actual bank account. Nothing but lies. Their customer service reps were unhelpful and the supervisor I spoke with was disrespectful and dismissive. Don't let yourself get caught up in their dishonest billing practices.

They were really professional and gave me great advice about their clothing selection. I was thrilled with how low their clearance items were marked down. I'd absolutely come back for more.
