Does Morphe even monitor what's happening on their EU site? It's extremely disappointing. I accepted that orders might take up to 20 days, but I'm now waiting over a month. I placed one order in April for about 100 euros that supposedly shipped in early May (even though that's a holiday), and it's nowhere to be found. Since it contained gifts for my daughter, I haven't cancelled yet. Then when they advertised new offers, I placed another order for around 160 euros. Nobody responds to my emails and I'm stuck waiting. At this point I'm wondering if the company even operates properly or if something shady is going on. Good thing I paid through Paypal or I'd have no recourse. My daughter is really disappointed about this. Update: I eventually received everything by late May. Morphe did apologize and sent me a discount code for my trouble, which was nice. However, even with that gesture, two stars feels right because the problems shouldn't have happened in the first place.
