I wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolutely terrible experience. The bed looked like it had been used already, the bathtub drain was completely blocked, and the toilet was filthy. I have photos of everything. Rather than fix these problems, the staff threatened to call police on me and kept my payment. They made up false claims that I was threatening or harassing their housekeeping staff when all I did was ask them to address the problems.
I've stayed at dozens of Motel 6 properties over the years. Back in June we stayed at one in Connecticut that wasn't great. This September we had okay experiences at two different locations. When we arrived at one location, I asked if my membership discount would apply automatically. The clerk said I'd never stayed there before, which wasn't true. He didn't seem interested in helping with the membership. He mentioned a $55 deposit. The bill came to $184.50. Later I found out the actual deposit was $57.50. The next morning we checked out. When I reviewed my card statement, they'd refunded $52.50. They'd taken an extra $5 that they shouldn't have. I called customer service to complain. They claimed the staff member said there would be an extra card processing fee, but that conversation never happened. After two calls with no real resolution, I felt frustrated with how everything was handled.
Booked two rooms and had issues with my stay. I was confused about the $100 deposit requirement but went along with it, and I never saw that money returned. There was no shampoo or hair dryer in the room, and the fridge wasn't even clean. The bathtub was disgusting. When I asked the staff about breakfast options, she had difficulty communicating in English and could only suggest a nearby restaurant. I won't be back again.
This is the best Motel 6 I've experienced in the western region. Impeccably maintained and the staff is consistently friendly and supportive.

This is where we stay when in town! Spent one night and it was really comfortable. My daughter walked in and immediately said how much nicer it was than other places we've stayed. We visit twice yearly for medical appointments. The rooms are immaculate, beds are so comfortable, it's peaceful, the team is really kind, prices are great, and best of all it's pet-friendly at no extra cost. We're definitely coming back here.
