Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- The code may have expired or reached its usage limit, so check the offer details on RetailCoupons.com for the valid redemption period.
- Some codes apply only to specific product categories or brands, so confirm your items are eligible before applying.
- Ensure you have entered the code exactly as shown, paying attention to capitalization and spacing, since systems are often case-sensitive.
- The code might have a minimum spend requirement that your current cart does not meet, so add more items if needed.
- Certain codes exclude sale or clearance items, so verify that your selected products are not already discounted.
- If the code still will not work, contact Myer customer service directly through their website for troubleshooting assistance.
Myer Australia Savings Hacks
Watch for Myer's seasonal fashion sales and combine a percentage discount code with those markdowns to maximize savings on clothing purchases. RetailCoupons.com updates its listings frequently, so check back often during sale periods.
If you are planning a larger clothing purchase, look for codes with spend thresholds that offer flat dollar discounts rather than percentages, as these can yield greater savings on higher order values.
Myer frequently offers codes that apply to Men's Clothing or Women's Clothing separately, so searching for category-specific promotions may give you better discounts than general sitewide codes.
If you are a new Myer customer, prioritize using first-order discount codes before making your initial purchase, as these typically offer substantial percentage reductions.
Myer Australia Shipping Policy
Myer Australia ships orders throughout the country, with standard delivery timeframes typical for Australian retailers. Shipping costs and delivery speeds vary based on your location and the items ordered, so review the shipping details during checkout. For specific carrier information or express shipping options, check Myer's shipping policy on their site before completing your purchase.
Myer Australia Returns & Refund Policy
Myer Australia allows customers to return eligible items within the timeframe specified in their return policy, which you should review at checkout or on their customer service page. The process for initiating returns, restocking conditions, and refund timelines follow Myer's standard procedures. For detailed information about returning items purchased with a discount code, contact Myer's customer service directly.

Myer Australia Reviews
Myer Australia has a polarized review distribution with 21 customer ratings, averaging 3.7 out of 5. Two-thirds of reviewers give five-star ratings, indicating satisfaction from a segment of customers. However, one-third of reviewers give one-star ratings with serious, recurring complaints about customer service quality, order fulfillment issues, and inadequate resolution processes.
Negative reviews consistently cite unresponsive and script-reading customer service representatives who lack authority to resolve problems, necessitating time-consuming trips to physical stores. Shoppers report significant order management failures including unexplained cancellations (sometimes repeatedly for the same item), multiple shipments in separate boxes, and incorrect item specifications (wrong sizes). Additional concerns include product quality issues (used or defective items), slow service, and one case where a compromised eGift card led to fraudulent purchases with minimal merchant accountability. Shoppers describe AI chatbots as ineffective and express frustration with pricing relative to product quality.
The online customer service at Myer is rigid and unhelpful, just staff reading from scripts. As a regular shopper I noticed my receipt had the wrong street address. I reached out right away to fix it but nobody could help. Tried multiple times and the team has zero idea what service means, much less ability to correct their own error. No supervisors available either. This is totally unacceptable for a company supposedly focused on customer experience.
First and final time ordering from here. Bought 5 items but they sent them in 4 separate boxes which is annoying. One item got cancelled after waiting a week and a half. I reordered it since it showed in stock and even paid extra for faster shipping to avoid having to buy more stuff. They cancelled it again. Tried ordering a third time and cancelled once more. That's when I threw in the towel and won't be coming back.
The service here moves at a snail's pace and the team doesn't seem interested in actually helping. The stuff they sell doesn't seem worth what they're charging for it either.
Myer sent me an eGift card through email for a return but my email got hacked. Someone used that card without permission to buy cameras and Myer shipped them out anyway even though the address wasn't mine. When I brought this up, Myer basically said too bad. Lost nearly 400 dollars. Won't be shopping there ever again. Be warned, they won't look out for you.
Absolutely no customer service. AI bots are useless. Ordered a 3 pack of underwear in size S online and got it sealed shut. When I opened it up, they smelled worn and were all size M instead. Called customer service and got told to just take it into a store. That ate up 2 hours of my day plus parking costs. Store said they'd refund me but I only got part of the money. Called customer service again and they wanted to give me a gift card for the rest. After 30 more minutes on the phone they finally agreed to send the remaining balance back. All told I wasted 4 hours, paid for parking, and had miserable phone conversations. I'm going to David Jones from now on.
Just awful customer service. Their chatbots are worthless. I placed an online order for a 3 pack of size S underwear and when I got it the box was sealed shut. Opened it up and not only did they smell used, they were actually size M. Got on the phone with customer service and they basically told me to bring it to a physical store. Spent 2 hours of my day plus paid for parking just to return the items. Store told me they processed the refund but I only got partial money back. Called customer service again and they offered a gift card for the difference. After another half hour on the phone they finally said they'd send the rest back to my card. Between 4 hours wasted, parking fees, and multiple frustrating phone calls, I'm done. Switching to David Jones for good.
Received a necklace that arrived shattered because the packing job was so bad. Google prompted me to write a review but they rejected it. Really disappointed with the whole thing. Not planning to shop here again.
Juliano from the Cambridge section at Bondi delivered outstanding customer service. Much appreciated!
This was my first visit to the Liverpool location and I bought some Skechers shoes. Stephen was the guy helping me out and he's seriously one of the most hardworking and customer-focused people I've come across. I usually shop at the Parramatta store but honestly don't get the same treatment. Watched this guy running back and forth helping nearly 10 different customers in under an hour. Fantastic job Stephen, really appreciate it.
Big shout out to Cherry at the Liverpool store in the blender section. My wife and I were both blown away by how helpful and kind she was. She actually helped us get a great deal on a Breville blender. You don't find many employees like her anymore who genuinely care. Would love for management to pass along our thanks and let her know how much we appreciated her.
Visited the city store and picked up some nice casual dress pants for women. Nicole at customer service was incredibly polite and helpful, answered everything I asked without any hassle. Seriously the best service possible with genuine warmth. Nicole's a real asset to that store. Keep her around! Really made my shopping trip special, thank you Nicole.
Went to Parramatta last week to check out the men's cologne section. Some of the sales staff were grouped up chatting with security and basically ignored me waiting to be served. I was about to leave when another team member asked if she could help. She directed me to someone but they were still caught up in conversation. Right as I was walking out, she offered to help herself and absolutely took care of me. Her name is Annie and she was wonderful, even sold me something even better and did it with genuine friendliness. Myers needs more employees like Annie. Her kindness is exactly why I'll be back. Great work Annie, hope management sees this.
Had a lovely experience at the Chatswood location today, especially in the fragrance section with Diljot. We were shopping for a wedding gift for a friend and she was so helpful and friendly. She actually stayed after her shift finished just to complete our purchase. Really took time explaining the different perfumes and was so patient with us. We really appreciated the wonderful service she provided. Thanks so much.
Went to Chadstone to get shoes for my very active 2 year old twins at Shoes and Sox and had the most wonderful experience with Marleen. Usually when I shop for my kids' shoes it's stressful because they're so full of energy, but she made it relaxed and fun. She kept my kids entertained while finding perfect shoes in no time flat. Can't thank you enough.
