The clothing quality is terrible and the sizing is all wrong. When I asked for a full refund, they kept pushing store credit instead. After I complained and demanded my money back, they told me I'd have to ship everything back to their factory in China.

If you push for a full refund, they insist you send everything back to China at your own expense, and then they claim they never got it and stop responding to emails. They claim to be based in the UK but that's also apparently false. Don't fall for this company's tactics.

This is basically a scam operation. I bought a sweater that arrived completely destroyed and falling apart. When I asked for my money back, they refused. Eventually they told me I could send it to a factory overseas, but warned me customs would probably stop it anyway, so there's really no point trying. It's pretty disgusting how these companies treat their customers.

Skip Northstyle completely. Their return process is a nightmare and way too confusing. I had to go to UPS to get return bags and then to the post office. Now I found out they're charging $12.95 per item for shipping and saying it takes 6 weeks to process a refund. That's not happening again.
