What Is the Orvis Return & Exchange Policy?

To return an item, you have several options. You can return a purchase from a store or the website to any Orvis retail location.
Just make sure you bring the item with its original tags and a proof of purchase, as a refund to a credit card requires the original card. If you don't have these, you'll receive a gift card.
For mail-in returns of items bought online, by phone, or for in-store pickup, you can use their self-service portal. Orvis provides a prepaid shipping label, but a $6.95 fee will be taken out of your refund.
If you are returning a gift by mail, you will get an Orvis gift card for the refund. International returns require the customer to pay for their own shipping costs.
