I've been buying from P.E Nation for years and even worked with the team before. What made them special was their brand story and how they treated customers, but lately something's changed and it's not for the better. I bought pants in March that started coming apart after just a few wears. When I contacted them about it, their support team was super inflexible. They just processed a return without even talking through what could be done. The problem? My size was out of stock, so getting a replacement wasn't possible. They basically told me I could either have them repaired or get a $40 refund to fix them myself. I got a shelter jacket and shorts and their site says delivery is 2 to 4 days. I waited 5 days with no shipping update so I reached out. It took 9 days for them to email back saying the jacket is out of stock and asking if I want a refund or just the shorts. I checked their website and it clearly shows they have plenty of stock in XS and small. I emailed them again. Haven't heard back, but then I got a message that the shorts were shipped.

P.E Nation used to be a decent brand. Not anymore. I ordered the Paradiso pant and on their site they looked like track pants in black with white stripes. When they showed up, they were cheap polyester with zero stretch and the stripes were actually beige, not white. That's a huge difference from what the pictures showed. Look, sometimes that happens with online shopping. But their customer service made returning them a nightmare. They questioned whether I was seeing the colors right and asked me to send photos before accepting the return. After three weeks of back and forth, they finally took it back. I recently had an issue with a brand new pair of tights. I washed them by themselves following all the care instructions, and the pink stripe got black stains all over it that won't come out. This isn't even my first problem with their stuff. I also had a sweatshirt where the velvet logo completely faded after washing. The designs are really pretty, but the materials don't hold up in the wash. And don't expect much help from their customer service team.

I bought their Westbrook sweatshirt and washed it for the first time on cold water, inside out, exactly like the tag said. The white color bled all over the rest of the sweatshirt and I can't get it out. When I told customer service what happened, they offered me $50 credit on a $244 item. That's it. I asked if they could just refund me or swap it for something else, but nope, they said they've never had this issue before so that credit is all they're offering. I told them I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I also posted a review on their site to warn other shoppers, but it never showed up. Not sure if they're hand-picking which reviews to display or what, but it still isn't there. Just be careful before you spend a lot of money here. If I'm paying that much, I expect quality and great customer service, and I got neither.
